I had to read your post five times before I understood... :lol

And no, I wouldn't want a Tiger Force Flint. I honestly don't think he carries enough weight to warrant (officer) two releases.

Well it's was pretty much only directed to Kara, but I see he doesn't have the love...

Well, I just mean that it might be a hard sell to non-completists so it wouldn't surprise me if it didn't happen.... Unless this Flint ends up sucking for some reason, then I could see the demand.

Oh, yeah that's why I said eliminate selling it to the public, just interested in Kara wanting one since he is the SUPER Flint fan.

But he'd already said no before you even asked. :lol

Yea I'm explaining it now to Flos, sorry... :monkey1

Khev, feel free to delete.

edit: Oh he was saying it would be hard to sell to everyone or the public if Sideshow were to make this variant (which I understand), just curious to see if he would be interested in that version of Flint is all...

Not sure exactly what is going on :lol , but I'm honestly not trying to make a suggestion based on what I personally would want. I really just don't think the interest is there that would be there for something else. I probably wouldn't buy a Red Ninja, either, but they would probably sell out much more quickly than another version of Flint. Of course, Sideshow can and will do as it pleases, and then we'll just have to see.

Were there any actual indications of Tiger Force exclusives, or is this all just speculation?

I think the Tiger Stripe camo pants on Flint were a nod to the old '88 TF version. I would be much more likely to believe Sideshow planned to do a distinct Tiger Force version had he come with regular old Woodland BDU trousers...

Speculation based on cherry cobra commander. Flint or Duke could be offered in Tiger Force colors.

I would rather they repaint Storm Shadow and give us Satan, Ninja-Ku or Ninja Viper.

You're misreading the posts. Nobody's talking about the tigers he's wearing being a nod to Tiger Force Flint, they're talking about SS potentially making a Tiger Force variant for SDCC.

No, I don't think I am... I'm not sure how you got that from what I wrote, but I'll try to be more clear...

All I'm saying is that I would be surprised if a Tiger Force Flint variant was released down the road. Including a homage to the TF Flint figure in the regular release makes me believe Sideshow had no plans whatsoever to do a Tiger Force version.

Not saying it couldn't happen - after all, the almighty dollar can be a big mind-changer.

Ninja Viper... meh...

Satan or Ninja Ku would be pretty cool though, especially if they actually made Ninja Ku black (unlike Hasbro).

I would say no because of the TF pants he is already wearing. They should have kept his original pants if they wanted to to a TF version. I mean it would really just be a different shirt at this point and that would be a LAME variant. Too many variants lead to the death of a line. That isn't true for retail on $5-$20 figures, but at $100+ a pop, it does. Variants should be years apart! I can't tell you how sick I am of Babysitters and Lukes. We've gotten at least 1 if not more Lukes a year out of Star Wars. Man that guy changed clothes a lot! :lol

See, you say that, but I put CCC right into that category. :dunno
