I think that depends honestly on personal preference. I have no problems paying current prices for these figures. Now, if Sideshow wants to kick it up to the next level on paints I'd pay $150 easy for these guys.

But we're already paying $125 for Flint with $20 figure quality paint apps.

And I'm sorry, but this paint app on a $125 figure IS crapping the bed... no matter how the rest of the figure turned out.

I agree the hair and lips are issues. The rest looks to be alright honestly.

For you thats fine. I like the rest of what I see for the most part but I agree the OVERALL paint apps should be better.

:exactly::lecture A turd is still a turd no matter how much you try to polish it so enjoy your Elite™turd!

When this line ends, I'll still be Elite™ and you'll still be a cheap bastard. :lol The only difference is, given the secondary market value on exclusives, my collection will be worth more than I paid for it while yours won't. Still failing to see your point? :huh

i already thought you were outrageous, now i know you're delusional. :rotfl:rotfl

worth more than you paid.......:lol:lol:lol

oh my god thats a good one.

i'd rather save the money on the front end and pay fair price than to hypothetically earn money on a figure that I'll never sell anyway. but if diverting funds away from more important things makes you happy. :lol

i'm mostly jibing you, but people that defend this product and pay full price and are happy for it drive me crazy. they'll just keep on taking advantage because of you guys.

I'm delusional? When's the last time you tried to find an exclusive Snake Eyes or Storm Shadow on ebay? I think you should do a little search in the completed auctions before calling me delusional. And I've never had to divert funds from important things to buy collectibles. If that's your situation, I'd suggest you stop collecting all together and reevaluate your priorities. Personally, I'd rather keep paying Sideshow's prices for exclusives and support the line, dealing with the occasional miss/turd, then kill it because I was scrounging in the online bargain bins for clearance prices.

yeah, my cheapness is killing the line, not complete shat paint apps and slow wait times...:lol

and maybe i will quit collecting only so that the line ends quicker and nam can continue his dilusional scapegoating of collectors like me who aren't slaves to buying every little product ssc makes because they have no life outside of collecting. :lol

Better than those who have no life outside of _____ing about how they wish they could collect but everything's just too expensive. :huh

yep. collecting isn't fun if there isn't the occassional craptastic SSC paint app to complain about.
