I still have no idea wtf I'll ever do with this sculpt. Was the world really in dire need of another burroughs portrait? No. A TT with a Kurt Russel hs though, now you're talking!

I think that was released to bash a Drake to go along with Blade and Abigale.

Didn't relize that was him in B3. Aside from Abbey the only other memorable character in that flick was Hannibal. Even Blade was pretty meh...

I'm still highly disappointed they never followed through with the Hannibal and Abby Tomb of Dracula spinoff they were initially planning (alternate Werewolf ending). If memory serves, Blade Trinity did well enough to warrant it and those two definitely outshined snipes.

They can knock masked figures out of the park like Cobra Troopers and Stormshadow but their humans look like cartoon caricatures. You can bash a much better figure. Anybody have suggestions for good replacement heads for Obama and Lemonhead?

They already released completed prison break figures and the gap between the TT38 and the TTA is too great for that. Not saying you can't, it just seemed that with Blade already released and Abigale forthcoming, that head seemed like perfect timing for Drake considering he'd be a hard sell.

The head might be bad, but that's it. Still liking and keeping the figure doesn't mean I'm an apologist. It's still cheaper than outright bashing Flint from scratch. Moreso, using this and every other excuse to pass on paying full price for Sideshow's Joes and pick them up on discount at Hastings, makes you a cheap and unsupportive bastard just like the Hissyfits.

At least Prog admits it.

With the paint. Anyone who decides to upgrade their Flint smallstudios-style is going to have a great figure. Not worth the price for me personally, but lets not throw the baby out with the bathwater.

customs....Pffffft. i'd have to send heads out to be painted and i'd probably never see them again like all those headsculpts i sent to DA 3 years ago. see that's what really sucks about these bad paint jobs from sideshow. i don't dare send heads for repaints anymore, cuz i never get them back.

This is pretty bad.... The lips look gray and for the 7,452nd time the eye paint apps are bleeding into each other. I won't even talk about the hairline....

so this is the flint head sculpt we get??? Man that blows hardcore. He looks younger than the proto but man that hair is terrible.
