They shouldn't be. In the flick, he only had the one and reloaded it with the two vertical straps of shells on his vest. Though I'd be interested to see what the vest and AA-12 look like on Flint. Could be a cool, updated look.

Meh, I didn't think it was that bad. Then again, I didn't go in thinking it was gonna revolutionize the franchise either. It definitely had issues but overall, it was a fun ride.
