Would have had mine today but I had to help my sister out with a couple things. So I missed flint :( Will have him tomorrow though :rock

attaching the gear is the best part of collecting.

^this. spreading all the gear out and just savoring it. although there were several of flint's shotgun shells that absolutely did not want to go in the harness.

he is awesome and, as always, looks so much better in hand. probably not the best of the bunch but he is still pretty dang good.

As I believe others have said, there were several shell holsters (?) that were too small to start out with, and you have to work to get the shells in place. FYI, I found that when putting the shells in, it is best to slowly rotate the shells into place instead of trying to push them right through. When I tried to just force it by pushing, it sometimes created stress on the little holster-strap-things. But rotating it seemed to open up the strap enough while minimizing wear.

BTW, I haven't picked up Duke or Firefly yet, so I don't know recent changes to these bodies. But to call the joints "tight" would be seriously stretching it. The legs and arms on my Flint seem OK (though not TrueType level tight, by any means), but the ab area is very loose. Sideshow has some more work to do here, IMO.

i used a small mechanical pencil to stretch the shell harness. i really only needed to on two of them.

the body on my firefly is super tight. the body on my flint not so much. it's not bad and nothing like my first couple of stormtroopers. main thing on mine are his ankles/foot pegs are loose. not an issue in the stand but trying to pose him they want to swivel all ovr the place.

Nothing to new, but wanted to post some more pix, fun figure to take pix of. While not my fav figure so far, Flint really has a good presence. The sculpt is excellent, projects a lot of attitude.

nice pics, king! presence is the perfect word for it. i dig the exclusive shotgun but i am also really liking the tactical shotgun. it looks awesome.

The legs, especially knee joints, on my Flint were pretty loose. Not bad enough for me to ask for a replacement, but still a little disappointing after the otehr Joes I received.

Yeah, they're both cool, but I think I'm going to pick up an additional AA-12 when Royce ships for Flint. The color (while not perfect) matches Flint's webgear slightly, and I'd love for him to have more firepower. Too bad extra drum magazines arent included with Royce.

They shouldn't be. In the flick, he only had the one and reloaded it with the two vertical straps of shells on his vest. Though I'd be interested to see what the vest and AA-12 look like on Flint. Could be a cool, updated look.
