I finally got him in hand.

I missed three delivery notices from UPS on my old front door. The final one came yesterday, so I called the 800 number and they told me I could pick him up after 5, but no later than 6.

At quarter of 4, my sister calls me. My two-year old niece dislocated her elbow, and she needs to go to the emergency room. But, she can't leave the two kids she's babysitting for a friend until 7, or her son and my other niece. She says it will take 15 minutes because the child has a history, and the ER will just pop it back in. (And I'm thinking to myself, how could anyone listen to that child screaming in pain not immediately take the two seconds necessary to end it?)

So, I cover for her. At 5 they still have not seen her. The elbow is still dislocated. At this point, I've forgotten about Flint and just want to slap someone. The non-related kids were a bit special, and my nerves were already keyed up. Also, throw my sister's crazy half-pug into the mix.

At 5:40, she was home, and I had to drive across two towns to get there on time. (Slowass retard drivers don't grasp that rushhour would not take so long if they drove faster. :banghead) But I made it.

The driver hadn't returned. He would be back at 7:15 and I could pick it up then. (Atleast I didn't miss it.) So I go back an hour later.

First things first, those shell straps are a pain in the ass.

Second things second, I've decided that first pics are the stupidest ____ing aspect of this entire hobby, and if I ever let myself get roped into thinking paint apps suck based on one again, I'm throwing a rope over a pine bough and ending my stupid ass life.

Flint looks awesome. That is all.

Ouch, hope she is alright.

Eh, mine were easy.

Second things second, I've decided that first pics are the stupidest ____ing aspect of this entire hobby, and if I ever let myself get roped into thinking paint apps suck based on one again, I'm throwing a rope over a pine bough and ending my stupid ass life.

This hobby will always be the anticipation of the piece.

If you guys want to use tom cruise head instead,
you might need to dremel his forehead a bit (just front hair part)
and put that beret on hot water bath for a minute.
then head will be fit on beret easily.
it was easier than I expected.
