SSC Flint

I think I found a good alternative Flint sculpt.
What does everyone think of using this:

Looks about the right age and the face suits the character imo.

I'll be on the lookout for one when he starts shipping this month.

Might as well replace Duke then while you're at it. He won't match.

the problem with changing the head is that the sculpted hair isn't gonna allow the beret to fit right without altering the headsculpt.
i'm sticking with the SS version. looks good enough and fits in with the rest of the line.

I also think that sculpt would make a good Duke replacement if painted blond.

Though the Hasbro 25th Anny 12" beret has more space for a needed substitute.

If it's intrinsic paint, they might be. Kinda looks like it is.

Neither will Dusty when compared to Duke.
I also think that sculpt would make a good Duke replacement if painted blond.

I can see it being more of Duke right now without having the beret on him.

i'm sorry guys but there is no way Sideshow is gonna give us "intrinsic" paint aps without raising the price another $40-50. just not gonna happen. Dusty will be about on par with what we've got so far with storm shadow, duke, and flint.

Okay... this makes me second guess my choice to pass on picking him up when I saw him in a local shop. I like it!

I think the Sideshow heads have a cartoony quality to them (obviously) but I like the more realistic head for Flint.

As Wingfield's threat ended, Snake-Eyes was apparently killed in action. Flint was little comfort to Scarlett in her grief, telling her that the pain only gets worse. After Snake-Eyes was miraculously revived by the Red Ninjas and freed from their control, Flint officially resigned from the G.I. Joe team with little explanation. His current status is unknown.
