Super Freak
Sweet! I need more superman figures. Can't wait.
All I see is an awesome version of a Comic style Superman.. nothing less nothing more...
I agree. I'm not sure what version this is, but this is what I see.
looks kinda like the kingdom come version... a bit younger... IMO
so what is the price for this??..or are we still guestinmating?
This is neither an explicit comic version nor a movie tie-in so i'd expect the price to be in the $100-$130 range.
Christopher Reeve this aint, but it's still a nice representation of Superman.
Any higher than $130 and i fear they might lose their target audience(Superman fans who might be tempted to drop sub-$150 on a figure from no specific comic or movie).
While I hope the same thing I don't think it would be within that range. Not a movie tie-in, yes, but still based on a popular license. SSC's Joes aren't movie based, are not based on any Hollywood actor's likenesses (well, officially, that is), but are now priced more than $170. Joes have more accessories for sure, but I'm sure DC would charge more for the license.
I'm liking the headsculpt a whole lot more in these pictures than the one's we saw from SDCC.
That is one manly jaw line he's got there! Looks like you could cut glass on it!
This will be mine when it is released.
God, when you said Toy Man, it made me remember how much I want Alex Ross based 1/6th figures from SSC. Did you read Justice? I LOVE that idea of making Super Friends Toy Man into a giant marionette/robot that's controlled by comic Toy Man.
