I know I am gonna get hit with tomatoes for this. But I am just not digging on the bare-abs Zartan. I like the shirted look much better.

I thought I was going to like the shirt. But when I took it off to dye it, I realized I didn't want to put it back on.

The old toy is one of my very favorite childhood toys. Probably in my top 5. But I don't dig the look of the 12" figure with the abs so much for some reason. Maybe because it makes him look so skinny with that huge piece of armor over him.

It is too big, but not a big deal

I am gonna try something else though, but not because of the size.

Gotta toughen up my skin around here
Not just the cowl but switching out the SS body for a HT TTM19 eliminating the sleeveless shirt and hood.

And in all honesty I wasn't meaning to troll or be a Negative Nancy. Just voiced an honest opinion. Nothing personal. I just don't think it looks like a good Zartan. It's the towel look that throws it off. WIP understood, but seems like you are creating more work for yourself...which is cool if that's your thing.

Normally I don't mess with any of my SS or HT figures (way too expensive to mess up) but I had gotten an extra exclusive Zartan and I wanted to futz with it because "IMO" there is room for improvement on this piece.

Whether his phrasing was not to your liking I think quite a few people have already imporved Zartan with Body swaps and changes to his looks that favor the more iconic look, nothing wrong with that at all.
