SSC Zartan 12-Inch Figure

I'm familiar with Ski's work and I must say that he is a major talent. I've even asked about getting one of those repainted R'nR head as soon as I can locate another.
His custom hood is impressive but it is not the look I am trying to acheive.
For me, it was never a hood he wore, but more a tattered cloth over his head to conceal his face and the makeup is actually shadowing casted by that cloth.

no worries.. many have their own preference.. interpretation.. and taste..

no did nothing of sort, work at a body shop around chemicals but hes at home and i always wash my hands before i even think about touching them.

Forget to mention that the fabric I use was a perfect color match to the pants and it was not dyed.

I don't dig Sultan Zartan, but its not important what I think. If you're happy with how it looks, that's all that matters. There's enough room around here for anyone who wants to show their Joe bashes.

Interesting idea with the Zartan hood there, Ultra. Somewhat reminiscent of this figure:

Well, Zartan did appear in the cartoon disguised as a Snake Charmer once...

My advice on the hood is to make it a little shorter and pull it back more...if your going for a comic, cartoon or original figure look. Color is good. Nice thing about the hood is you can play around with it until you get the look you want, it's not like it's damaging the figure or anything.

What kind of knee joints uses Zartan's body? (ratcheted and tedious knee joints or regular joints?)

Some are calling them "rubber knees." They aren't ratcheted, but they aren't the other, older knee joints either. They actually work pretty well IMO.
