Speaking of the Hula Hoop lady...

are you ready?

But what I really want to know is, what's up with the tape?

HULA HOOP LADY FTW!!!:rock :rock :rock

She's a local Rebel Legion member. She has disabilities and I believe the tape was to cover a surgery she had.

Take it easy guys.

We haven't said anything bad about her Mr. Shropt....she's Epic in my books.

Besides...ur nerdier looking than her and we don't make fun of you.

To ur face at least. :lol

And now for just a very few select images of some of my favorite moments from the past four days at CV, with comments of course.

I met Chewbacca! What a great costume!

I saw two gay boys have a commitment ceremony dresses as Darth Maul and Darth Revan (I think), officiated by Elvis Trooper, and witnessed by Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine! What could possibly be more surreal than this?

I met Dave Filoni! For five seconds! And avfin got me an out of focus shot with an autofocus camera! And doesn't even know who the man is! Thanks buddy!

Then of course there was this. Two prizes and friends for life. Awesome.

Mark Hamill, a highlight, after waiting three and a half hours in line.

Pussface's Master badge. I will be at least a Knight next time!

Ray Park! The man!

Freaks after the freak party (not the Freak party, but the one at CV itself), and an honorary Freak, the Wampa!
agen_kolar, Darth Waller, p!tu, ArmoredFoe, and furystorm

And, of course, getting what I came for. We weren't allowed to keep the numbered tickets, so I snapped some photos. They were nice tickets, costly, but nice.

I wish I was still at CV...

Of course, I meant no disrespect. All the Freaks that were at this party were really bummed not to be at one of the more exclusive shindigs. This lady was really rocking it out. She must have hooped it for twenty minutes straight. I had seen her many times during the show, in Jedi gear, etc. The last time I saw her before this party she was hightailing it over to the hotel to pick up her hula hoop.

I really dig the way everyone can be themselves at Celebrations.

Well, maybe not the Klingon...

I gave these to my daughter yesterday and they did not leave her hands all evening. She played with them until bedtime and even took them to bed with her. It sure warmed my heart. :yess:

Waller---I remember when you got those and played with them until bedtime also.....

j/k that is really cool she loved them---3 years to prepare her for next con.

Someone over on Rebelscum offered to get me a Jabba so that's coming in the mail. What are the details about these? Did they say how many they made? Did they sell out? How much were they? I'm surprised I haven't seen any on ebay (at least that I can find).

1. That was supposed to be a secret. :lol

2. She was asking all kinds of questions like what their names were and if they were nice. When I told her the wampa was bad, she said she wished he was nice. I guess she felt sorry for him because of his arm. :lol

I don't know anything about numbers, but they constantly had some available at their booth. They were $10 each or $30 for the set.

Hula Hoop Lady made my heart hurt. :( People like her remind me how lucky I am to be "normal." That being said, I love that she got out there and partied with us with no shame. :rock

Anyway, so yesterday after I got home from the convention, I accidentally fell asleep and took a three hour nap. Just sitting down on my bed for a second was a poor decision...because then I was up until 3am! :panic: I was up at like 9am this morning, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed! -___-

I also have P!tu to thank for RUINING MY BOUNTY HUNTER 2-PACK BOX!!! I SHALL HAVE MY REVENGE!!!! *rages up at sky*
