It?s kinda funny that Rey doesn?t offer to heal Poe?s arm after he?s shot when she previously healed a terrifying monster for no reason and then healed a mass-murdering lunatic who was actively trying to kill her.
Poe gets ****ed so hard in this trilogy.
They should have had Poe look at his wounded arm in front of Rey and then raise his eyebrows like "whaddya say?" and then she just shakes her head and walks away looking for another dangerous animal/Sith Lord to assist.

Yeah no kidding the entire first half hour of the movie is just three sets of people walking up to Jabba and getting captured, lol.
Gilligan's Island reruns were still popular at the time, lol.

Slice the ceiling which causes the catwalk under Luke's feet to split in two, makes perfect sense to me, lol.
I'll be very curious to see if your "too much of TROS is boring" critique will stay with you over the years or if the good/great parts will cause you to forgive them (like we do with the weak/slow parts of ROTJ.) "Luke you'll learn that many of the truths we cling to depend largely on our point of view." Zzzzzzzzzz, lol.

I think he means because it was almost all created in a computer and looked a bit cartoonish.... at least any of the actual saber fight was...
I hated the duel.... it kept us away from what we had been waiting years for.... The o I wan vs Vader duel... add to that that I hate seeing palps and Yoda with a saber... man it just took away from what little drama was in the film.

The Yoda vs Palp fight turned out to be better than the Annie vs Obi, once you accept Yoda using a lightsaber, imo.

Seeing Palpatine spinning and doing multiple consecutive flips in ROTS completely ruined the character for me in that movie ughhh.
Thankfully TROS brought him back to a very slow walking monster again.

I don?t understand this.... the whole PT had tons of nostalgia and was constantly ?rhyming? with the OT.... Besides I think people have bigger issues with the PT other than it?s original story and it?s so called ? lack of nostalgia?
PT did have George?s imagination and overall guidance and thus was a more coherent story... but man the acting, the dialogue, the choices George made and ideas he had.... Yikes!
I had lots of issues with TFA and am proud to be an original hater on that film lol... in fact I use to defend the PT from that film and TLJ... but for whatever reason TROS worked for me and helped that trilogy as a whole... Because the acting and most characters are much better then the PT then I would side that the ST is better.. But only because I liked TROS... had the film failed for me I would ignore it and probably still say the PT was better because of some stand out action scenes.... But that would be it for me.
AOTC is just the worst... I use to say TLJ but since TROS erased what I hated lol I am left with what I liked... Luke Rey and Kylo. Still even if not for TROS I would have a hard time still giving the edge to AOTC because there is stuff I at lest like in TLJ... AOTC offers nothing.
TPM is my fav of the PT and I like it better than TFA and TLJ...
TROS is my fav of the PT and ST by a lot.... it worked for me and saved the ST.. Unfortunately ROTS was not good enough to do that for the PT.
I think the fight between obi wan and anakin started off fine... up until they went outside... I didn?t like anything about the palps and Yoda saber duel..... When Palps and Yoda were throwing stuff at each other was far more interesting.

Palps is best in TPM in the PT... it?s the only time in the PT that I felt like he was the same guy from the OT.... When he?s in his black robes and not the senator that is

Sorry but I disagree. Tros didn?t erase anything and made everything even more confusing. It wasn?t done with a plan it was just thrown together. Nothing felt fixed it felt rushed and hastily put together. Don?t know how some could even see that as been an ending that ties things together. And TLJ is way worse than AOTc. I remember moments from AOTc from TLJ I don?t remember a damn thing. It wasn?t awful like other people say but it was still bad.
I don?t care if the character is a palpatine or not. The character development, story and everything was handled poorly and tros didn?t make me change my mind about that. Maybe you but all I saw was a poorly put together movie that tried to salvage what was broken.
Just horrible writing and story telling. And yes ROTS did save the PT cause it?s still remembered to this day. The ST will be forgotten and TLJ will go down in history as the most hated movie in Star Wars. Sorry to say. Only like 3 people in this whole thread are defending this movie. Same people who defended TLJ.

I can't wait for Disney to erase what you liked about TROS in Episode X.

Well I finally bought my FIRST ST collectible.
The vintage Poe X-Wing from TROS I couldn?t resist I wanted those RM engines parked next to my vintage red 5.
It came out really nice super happy with it.
I am seriously considering getting that SHFA TFA Han though what an incredible head sculpt.
First I need to finish paying off that HT Thanos and Cap lol
