Actually she was somewhat difficult to fight the first time through.

She kicked my ass the first time until I figured out her attacks and how to avoid them. I'm not sure how long this game is but I'm in Cloud City right now. Having a lot of fun playing this. Again, I love the music.

Thats what took me a bit on her was getting the moves figured out. It took me 9 hours to get through the game on Sith Warrior difficulty. I'm playing it again though on that save to finish leveling him up and finding all the holocrons. Plus I have another save going on Sith Master to get the last two sets of achievements for beating the game on the top two difficulties.

Okay,I've played through a few levels and I have to say that this is a solid action game. It does stand above a lot of other generic action games but nowhere near some of the top-tier (God of War,Devil May Cry,etc.)

The game does lack some polish. The camera can be your worst enemy sometimes, obscuring your view and you'll completely miss the baddies sneaking up on you. Coupled with that is the target lock...if the enemy is behind you and you hit target lock...you lock onto a blank space in front of you...instead of the enemy...maybe they could fix this in the sequel.

The graphics are great...MUCH better than the demo (I have the PS3 version) and there is some spectacular scenery...however, in my opinion...some games can suffer from being "too pretty" and essentially the background, the level, etc. all look "too busy" and it can sometimes be difficult determining where to go OR where you can go. There are quite a few places around on several levels where I jumped somewhere or in some direction expecting to land on a platform only to discover that platform is really an "automatic death". The game also has some places where you'll scratch your head wondering where to go next...but that's typically normal of action games.

Controls could be more responsive, I can count a hundred times over how many times a Jump-Double Jump-Force Dash would NOT occur even though I pressed the buttons. I've resorted to pressing the corresponding button multiple times now until I see the action.

I know a BIG focus of the early stuff was showing off how the enemies acted with the HAVOK engine and how they would twirl and try to grab onto each other under a force grab. Cool stuff but I haven't used it once, the action is so quick sometimes that I don't have the time to do that. I wish the team spent more time polishing the controls and camera than working on this feature.

I wish the game was Rated "M"...or higher. The lightsaber should be cleaving through people, not acting like a club...but oh well.

I say these not because they're bad, but because those are the main point I think LucasArts can work on if they make a sequel.

I do like the game overall but there is some stuff that's annoying. I've had a bug sometimes where the boss I'm fighting freezes and I can't do damage to them and it won't start up again until I die. Trying to jump to places is ridiculous. And I agree, it would have been so much better if we could actually chop enemies in half, that would be a game mechanic that would entice buyers. And a multiplayer portion for the next-gen systems would have been nice too.

One more thing...why on the PS3 version does it do a hard drive install and then I STILL have to wait for loading screen during the pause menu and I see stuff "loading" and popping up as I run around levels.

The game needed some more final polish...especially to work those kinks out.

Can't say I've noticed that on the 360.

Yeah, there's some loading for Xbox 360 too.

That's one reason I don't like PS3, for most games you have to install and it doesn't help much, plus it ends up taking longer to install that a computer takes and it takes a lot of hard drive space.

The hard-drive install is most apparant on certain games...like Devil May Cry 4...which I have. I've also have Soul Calibur 4 on the PS3 but I haven't played the game without the hard-drive install.

The hard-drive install seems to have done NOTHING for the Force Unleashed. A completely wasted feature.

Reading some reviews online I notice that the graphical glitches seem to be more prevalent on the PS3 than the X-Box. Oh well...it's still a fun game.

From what I understand after talking to some friends that got it for the 360 it seems the PS3 version has the graphical glitches while the 360 version has gameplay glitches.

360 does have gameplay glitches!! my dude went flying into space from one blaster hit and he kept flying =.="

Just finished this game.
I thought it was good. It has a good story, great graphics and for me
the missions were fun. I've started the story again and this time I'll go for Vader
instead of the Emperor in the last mission.

o_O u get to fight vader or the emperor!!!

Although I haven't finished it yet, so far I haven't experienced any glitches on my 360. I might have some complaints with the way they designed the game (targeting, etc.) but thankfully no weird glitches.

I'll know who to call on then... Just picked it up (and while I barely have any free time to play ANY games with two little ones to look after) and I'm looking forward to it.
