No artisan Vader, he has no hair. Artisan Anakin is the closest we'll get, and the headsculpt is awesome but it is just a new sculpt with rooted hair on a 100% rehashed Anakin body and gear. At least the Joker rehash has a new body and outfit.

I sold my ESB Vader for this one. To me, he will be the only Vader needed in my collection as Im not picky about all the details of each version.
My main gripe with the ESB Vader is the dome that fell off if you breathed on it. Glad its out of here and Im getting a toasty Sith Ani.

I like it but I can't justify £400 for basically the cracked headsculpt, plus I'm still happy with my Empire one

No community is more picky about their Dollie's accuracy than Darth's.

Mad Max maybe second?
Then Iron Man? But those guys buy everything anyway.

Who else is more picky than Vader fans?

OK, so, the power core thing that you put on his back and plug the light sabers into, is that like a battery that you charge up and can unplug from the main power cable and leave on until it runs out, or can it only be used when the main USB wire is plugged in?? So is it like a battery or a lamp??

Like a lamp. You then have to provide power to the pack via USB-C. What you’re describing would be a much more elegant solution, effectively making the pack a small rechargeable lithium battery.

I *believe* I’ve seen usb-c battery packs though that could provide power to the pack without having to run a cable to the wall though? But even then it’d be too large to conceal on the figure.

English version here :D

Beat me to it! Saber seems less dull than Reva and Grand Inquisitor were, no? At least the non-swoosh blade?

Well, that's dumb. So if I want Vader lit up I need a plug socket very close to him, and there will be a visible black wire.

HTs light up features have always been lame, IMO. Hey, you want to light up your hulkbuster? Great, just open these nine compartments and turn on a switch... Light up features for the most part are a waste, particularly on 1/6 scale action figures...again, in my opinion only.

I know, i HATE the battery compartments, I never even use them. I was hoping this would be better. I thought it was gonna be a battery charging situation with the USB now, not this

Totally agree. The only light up features I ever enjoyed/used regularly were the SS 3PO eyes because all you had to do was put tap the back of the sculpt and HT R2 with the remote. Both easy to use although the batteries never last that long.
