I don't expect Ben in there, at least as far as EU goes, he needs to be similar age to Han and Leia's kids and in the books Jaina and Jacen are like 20 years older. Most likely those characters (if they exist) will be similar ages, and different names. But still, that guy looks like he could be Luke's son

Luke, Han and Leia are too old to be parents - they are grandparent age. They do not have twenty-something age kids, they would have middle age kids. Han Solo's son would look like Ford in the first Star Wars.

If they go based off the time period of the books the twins would be 30 something and Jacen has a kid, so that would make sense. I doubt though that they will be going off the age of the actors, most likely 10 years younger
