hypocritical of what? they are both wrong and stupid for doing Drugs...why are you defending them? are you related to them? :cuckoo:

Edit-I wasn't aware Ford did drugs to begin with because I don't follow Actors like some do here ;)

Well now you know..... :wink1:

Did you miss the post where I said that some of the earliest footage of Ford is him selling dope to The Doors? :dunno :lol

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (12/18/15) Discussion Thread

What blows my mind is that her Marion Ravenwood character is in my favorite movie of all time and also in a movie that I will never watch again. :lol

Yes, I place Raiders over Batman 89, STM, Robocop 1, T2, Aliens, Avengers, TDK, Godfather 1/2, Jurassic Park, Good Bad Ugly, SW, ESB.

Yet I only own a regular DVD of Raiders (not even a BR) and not one single collectible from that movie, not even a poster. :lol

I'm patiently waiting for the 4K Raiders. :drool

I'm kind of that way with LOTR/The Hobbit. My favorite films of all time and while I do have the BR's I only have one collectible (Frodo PF) for the whole series.

But I've got tons of Captain America/SW stuff.

:lol

whew, thought it was just me.

Btw, I purposely omitted LOTR from my list because I refuse to come to terms that I would choose it over Raiders. :lol

I have a lot of SW, Cap, Spidey and WW stuff and I'm waiting to see what SSC brings out for the Hobbit. :impatient:

Wait...the guy seen for a split second with the shortish hair and the shirt? That's an ice-cream maker guy level of blink&miss. And with the benefit of THX digital mastering we get a better view of ICMG than we do Harrison there.

I know that wasn't a dispute about it being Harrison, but just in case someone else tries to say otherwise:

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (12/18/15) Discussion Thread

Hippies got nothing on the upper middle class kids from Long Island, some as young as 12, shooting up heroin for breakfast.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (12/18/15) Discussion Thread

As I suggested a while ago I think they should pull a "Rocky Balboa" and have this movie take place after Leia died of natural causes. Then Carrie can always have had her dignity as a SW character and Han can be an edgy grizzled badass.

having her pass before the story takes place, even though the actress is available for work would definitely go a long way in terms of storytelling.

It would also be a hell of a *****slap to said actor, and frankly, tacky as **** given her contribution.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (12/18/15) Discussion Thread

:exactly:

I guess Carrie isn't the only one doing drugs. :lol

Right because the purpose of film is to stroke an actor's ego to the point of making an embarrassing movie. As I said before making the film without her actually guarantees that she'll keep her dignity. This is 31 years later. Way too much time has passed to force something that just won't work anymore.
