Memories of going to go see TPM trailer attached to Meet Joe Black.

No longer memories, nightmares.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (12/18/15) Discussion Thread

Right. Because this little film needs MORE exposure. They need to get the word out there so people know about it. It's not as though there is a news item about it on the front page of yahoo everyday or anything. :lol

Nah, I reckon kamandi is right. Disney will need to get people in the seats for Into the Woods.

Times certainly have changed since 1998.

Trailers are on the internet faster than me on a toilet after Dominos pizza.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (12/18/15) Discussion Thread

Actually, now that I think about it, TPM trailer went up on the internet pretty quickly, for back then.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (12/18/15) Discussion Thread

"Back then" they attached The Phantom Menace trailer to Adam Sandler's "The Waterboy" to put butts in seats for that turd of a film.

A pièce de résistance, if there ever was one.

If I recall, the first movie to get a prequel Trailer was Wing Commander (which starred Mark Hamil). The movie is known for having relatively huge ticket sales the first weekend, yet empty auditoriums for the actual movie.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (12/18/15) Discussion Thread

This is much more important then the prequels ever were. This is the sequel to Return of the ****ing Jedi. Who thought that would happen.

Sequels to RotJ happened long time ago: "Jedi Outcast", "Jedi Outcast II".
Good games, awesome SW experience, best SW character as protagonist.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (12/18/15) Discussion Thread

interesting. I was planning on seeing the Huger Games movie, but not Into the Woods. If it's attached to the latter, I will go.

I'm sure the trailer will be leaked all over the internet within hours of it's release in theaters.

In fairness games don't mean **** in this context.
They don't mean **** for casual moviegoers. But casual moviegoers don't care about anything.
If you was a fan of SW you've played these games and had an epic movie-like experience.
