Good posting, man, I liked this trailer a lot.

But I think the time has come to introduce SW to another generation of fans. I wasn't ready when TPM dropped - I was 21 - but I'm ready now. I hope the ST has something for everybody.

While there will no doubt be similarities between the new film and the older ones (otherwise, what's the point of creating sequels instead of a new, standalone series of films?), I think that is really what JJ et al. are going to be going for.

It's the truth man. I wasn't there for it, so I'm not nostalgic about the OT at all. It's a good trilogy, yes. But it is extremely dated.
