Just watching that behind the scenes video again. As cool as a lot of it is, some parts just wanted to make me headbutt something. Stop with the fanboy anti-prequel BS.

"we are in the desert, a real desert"

Wow, well done, did you actually watch any of the prequels?

:lol

...and then a couple of minutes later they show this...

Is that a more real and practical version of green?

"*Disclaimer: This is not the same green that Lucas used on the prequels, this is a practical, real green screen, in no way comparable with that digital CG Lucas green. When actors shoot against this green, the producer and director laugh and point at how funny and cool everything is on their video monitor. God! how could Lucas have gotten his green so, so wrong?"

Yeah, the practical thing is pandering beyond annoying. :lol

Especially since the same video shows green screen being used when the new Sith is exiting his ship. :lol

Nonetheless, the PT still suck. :lol

"We are in a desert, A Real desert.." takes the biscuit for me.

:lol

National news media is reporting that Ford stole the show. :lol

Hamill once again reminded he was only Vader's son and that Indy > Cartoon voices. :lol

Fisher already forgot she was even there lol.

Affleck looked sad and depressed as **** during that BvS panel. When he's not talking or being asked a question he looks like he wants to jump off a bridge or something.

He's a method actor, so he divorced his wife, left the kids, and now he'll dress like a bat at night for the next ten years. Depression and sadness was to be expected :lol

Poor Hamill, he can only be a big shot when he's sitting next Conroy :monkey2

I love you!

*no gay*

Practical effects are great MOVING ON.

The only thing you need to remember is what JJ said about the falcon.

"Just because you're filming a scene on the Millennium Falcon(which is awesome) doesn't instantly make it good. It goes back to storytelling 101, the characters, is it scary? exciting etc?"

To me, that's what i need to hear while having some real effects is cool that is what we need IMO.

So nobody expects JJ to use any green screen and computer generated images? When he said there'll be more practical FX than CGI he really didn't mean it, the whole Greenham Common and Skellig Michael shoot were just phoney and the real filming was done back at Pinewood on a green screen set :lol
