Why all the concern about Disney being at the helm? They are not going to make this movie to fit the 6 yod princess crowd , or the 10 year olds even. They are making it to cash in on all us older suckers with money to burn who will buy all this crap for our kids and the spend thousands on a Star wars themed vacation to Disney world......

They know who the real target audience is here......Not a kid in sight.....
Age check on this forum please.....lets see how many 10 yods we have posting....

Seems all but confirmed that Ren's mask is actually the rebuilt Vader mask. That's cool, it also explains the context of the burnt Vader shot in the trailer. He went to find it. And back's up the early spoilers about why he wants Luke's Sabre.

I have a friend that works at Khols who was given a product listing for the toys which are due to arrive after the movie has come out. This listing is secret, as even the names of the toys give away critical plot details.

According to her, the list she saw reveals that:

Kylo Ren is actually Han Solo and Leia's son.

I am surprised that Kohl's even had that info in advance. :horror :lol

Looks like a cool battle scene, but it also looks as CGI heavy as anything in the PT IMHO.
I thought these guys were priding themselves on their use of "practical" troops/effects/etc. Of course, I've heard the rebuttals that the prequels had plenty of practical effects (not trying to get into that debate), but it would be surprising to me if we got a lot of promotional material using CG stuff when it isn't really necessary, considering the narrative that is being presented.
