Thanks. And yeah, I hate that too.

I looked at the comments and someone suggested to smash the 7 key. I've been doing it for about a solid minute now. :lol Would make for a great remix.

There should be a button on the upper right side above the suggested videos where you can turn that feature off.

It's too early for them to sell out..I'm sure they will make sure there are enough screenings world wide. C'mon this is coming out during Xmas time

Well, if I didn't have to arrange for a babysitter, I might be willing to take a chance. Besides, IMAX tends to fill up much faster with big releases.

Went to pick up my tickets today. Just happened to mention to the manager or asst manager at AMC that it took me 2 hours to order tickets, just making conversation, really. Next thing I know he hands me 3 free passes. I wasn't even mad or anything, thanked him and told him he didn't have to do that.

Not bad at all. Now if I could just get the posters at a reasonable price.

It's possble though....

I though it was going to be meh, and might still be, but seeing Han and Chewie again was exhilarating

It is possible, but the OT is on a pedestal that is impossible to topple until the kids who grew up with the OT die of old age.

I doubt it will be though.

So quick poll.....where do you guys live that cannot get opening night pr day tix?
After the great fandango crash, I was still able to get tix in my area for any time from 7pm Thursday to 11pm Friday! I choose 3:50pm picking up the kids from school , cosplaying it up and heading over.....

BTW

1. Anyone think Rey's staff looks like it has a lightsaber attached to one end?

2. both my wife and son felt Kylo was Luke.......weird cause WAY back thats what I thought.....

Deadline: While inconvenient for moviegoers, the news has to feel like victory to Disney and Lucasfilm, demonstrating the continuing pop cultural and market power of the franchise many abandoned after less-than-universally beloved prequel trilogy ended in 2005.

Notice the continual reference to the unsatisfactory PT.
