Didnt snoop talked about how the haters of this movie had too much time on their hands?

Lets see who is the biggest weenies of them all

Jye and Worgar are crushing the rest of you diehard, addicted posters. At least try to keep up. :lol

I honestly believed I wasn't capable of hating a movie, or much else for that matter, more than I hate that vomit-inducing Post-Modernist hipster circle jerk of a film, I Heart Huckabees. Yet a minute ago I realized that I actually hate The Last Jedi, more.

I think others are feel the same way and its frustrating that good people like yourself and Khev don't see it my way :lol :lol

There are many good peeps here who liked it, most are just laying low and refusing to answer the distress call, lol. Besides we all know that jye's like DJ anyway and can turn on this movie at the drop of a hat. Whereas I'm all "come on let's focus on praising the things we love, not threadcrapping on the things we hate." Dammit, I'm ****ing Rose. :gah:

:lol

The Agenda was not casting Dern.. It was that the whole point of her was to just put Poe in his place..

Problem is the film makers did not realize that it was the lack of communication that was the mistake not Poe's emotions..

Hmm I just basically saw her as the "Gorman" of the Resistance who stuck to protocol to the letter to the chagrin of working class grunts like Poe. Also I initially assumed that the reason they were being tracked through hyperspace was due to a FO mole on the ship, and High Command blabbing all their escape plans to anyone who would listen would have just been bad policy no matter how you slice it. Since it was just Rose and Finn who believed in Snoke's hyperspace tracker the escape plans of the Resistance would have been "need to know" only. If Poe had just trusted and followed orders then he simply wouldn't have needed to know.

The dollars are doing to talking to the Disney folks....they do not read social complaint forum....they read spreadsheets.....

I wonder how many people here were destined to hate ST due to their inherent hate of Disney? I know many people have strong feelings about Disney as a company.

I have a friend who refuses to see any Disney films. He hates them that much. He has never seen classics like The Lion King, LILO and Stitch, Monsters Inc, Toy Story.

He’s skipping Marvel also....

let me help you out here, I own lots of disney stock, watched all the Marvel movies, like Rogue One and TFA, and still hated TLJ. how's that fit in your conspiracy theory LOL!!

Jye must be posting while driving or even in his sleep :lol

The point was that snoop said haters had too much time on their hands, but most of the top ten posters are all defenders.

So the lovers of this movie are posting twice as much as the haters

From my short time here I'd have to say you don't count Jye or Wor at the top of the list, the list starts from below them pretty much, as well as the dilineation between the lovers and the haters.

Those two have become one with The Forum

The Agenda was not casting Dern.. It was that the whole point of her was to just put Poe in his place..

Problem is the film makers did not realize that it was the lack of communication that was the mistake not Poe's emotions.. AND the film makers did not realize that taking out the Dreadnaughts actually was a good decision because had they not destroyed it then the New Order would have blown the rebels out of space after the first Hyper Jump... Even though at the time it was a poor choice someone should have promoted him after they figured out he could be followed. :lol

Perhaps the agenda was not to make a Woman be the one to put a man in his place.. I can accept that.. I don't know I am not a mind reader... Even though other parts of the film would make me think that was probably the case.. But Had Dern been a make character, we all would have thought he was an ***** for not telling the crew of Rebels what the plan was... It would have been a dumb plot if the character was make or female.

As for Del Toro being part of an agenda... The film went out of its way to be multicultural... Like I said, I have no issue with that.. Just write better parts for everyone.. Great characters are great characters no matter *** or race... However I thought Del Toro was the only successful new cast member in this film.

For me the problem wasn't the obvious SJW overtones in that storyline. I mean yea, it was annoying, but that was ultimately a superficial problem.

Ultimatly my big problem was just bringing in this new character that didn't feel like a part of this world and was hard to connect to, only to kill her off at the end of a story whose biggest problem was its lack of narrative focus. This movie already had a lot going on; with a lot of it not being significant. It all just felt like a big waste of time. Whenever the movie cut away from Rey and Kylo it felt like going to commercial break.

I just realized that with their recent purchase of Fox, Disney now has the ability to make a sequel to Fight Club. I can't wait. Will Tyler Durden finally recognize his Toxic Masculinity? Will Marla start her own Fight Club? Will Jack abandon his contempt for employment, instead struggling for equal representation by becoming a Human Resource manager? Will we see new, cuter power animals? Will Marla get a power animal of her own? What will the gender and ethnicity of the power animals be? Will the power animals be involved in same *** relationships? Only time will tell. In the meantime Disney, prepare to destroy something beautiful.

OMG I'm dying!! that was awesome :rotfl

It would be a blessing if I could forget the whole *****king film! But I can't!! It's literally created a mental scar that I can't rid myself of.

I'm on the same boat. Wish I could travel back in time 6 days to tell myself to skip TLJ and just wait for IX.

It's a happy thought.

That's a really small Imax... The one by me has double the number of seats in every row and few more rows as well. I always thought they were all one size (outside of few that didn't make the change from the old 70mm format)

Help me obiwan kenobi....you're my only hope. ..

You won't be saying that when you see him sucking milk out an aliens teat soon enough in the recently announced Kenobi spin off... :lol

(I actually think there's less chance of messing that one up but who knows)
