From here on out i’m going to refer to her as Haldol instead of Holdo because that’s what Kennedy is going to need when she sees the 2nd weekend drop. :lol

Kennedy is gonna need extra wine & Muff to make the boo boo go away....God I hope she has bad cramps

First the movie "burnt it all down", then the Jedi texts showed up unscathed... does that mean it didn't "burn it all down" and Johnson was just messing with us the whole time?

I remember at the time the charge that Han shouldn't be able to use a lightsaber, and some kids asking, "Does that mean he's a Jedi now?" :lol

And the day it went round the playground that Vader was Luke's father. :horror

:lol I remember, after seeing Empire, my friends and I were in disbelief and discussing it over pizza and the Star Wars arcade game! :lol

Disney acted like the dept of sanitation...They threw out Ackbar,The Jedi,Luke,Sith like lords,Snoke,The Force,etc,etc...They love to recycle...but only of course the ones Disney motives would like....Kylo was saved because he according to Disney he is misunderstood awww....he may still turn...to the newly revamped one day socialist force...."I spit on thee"...Star Trek Kahn better than Disney villains

We weren't sure whether they were telling the truth, or making it up!

I read the novel before I got to eventually see the film. The colour photos in the middle of the book were like precious artefacts.

At 45 seconds...

Kathleen Kennedy:

The main thing is to protect these characters, make sure that they still continue to live in the way that you [George Lucas] created them.

Lucas was supposed to be "the keeper of the flame", but, as he says in the interview posted by DarthChocobi, he had to step away and not look back because he'd sold his children "...to the white slavers that take these things", and Disney wasn't making the films he wanted. Plus "...Disney weren't keen to have me involved anyway".

She lied to his face and ours. It's been all about money and her agenda of using Star Wars as her platform for feminism. Funny that Lucas brings up there are bad people in the world that are greedy. Not only is he a hypocrite for saying that, but it eludes to what Kennedy has done to Star Wars. She did not keep the spirit of the characters, nor used any of the books, comics, etc. to inspire the movies like Marvel has used them.

only redemption...JJ makes TLJ a dream like in Lost...otherwise no saving this....money will still come in...Ed Wood and Uwe Boll could direct Star Wars and it'll still make a billion...Disney and the new metamorphisis Star Wars is the New tobacco....no matter how bad many will smoke it....causing brain cancer

From the concept art:

This one drawing is more fascinating than the whole movie.

In Lucas' defence he's donated a lot to charity.

Not feeling any need to come to Kennedy's defence though!

A friend who didn't go with us thought were masking it up until he saw it for himself. :lol

I read the book after seeing the movie and you're right; the color photos in the center were like precious artifacts! :lol

That and also selling his life work was to make sure the employees at Lucasfilm would still have jobs.
For a billionaire, he is a pretty good guy. Also, no Lucas, no Star Wars, simple as that.

He didn't even sell SW for that much when you compare the price tag to what the franchise generates in a year.

It was such a different lifestyle back then.

It was the same with the photos in the original Star Wars novel.

I can't remember if I read Splinter of the Mind's Eye before or after ESB, but I was hungry for any stories with these characters.

Brian Daley's Han Solo trilogy really fired my imagination.

But there was an 11% increase of female viewers from TFA to TLJ that’s a huge jump up.

More females and younger females.

Females and blacks...different animals bro....how many black females went...show me that one...and the ones that went how many have a non black boyfriend LOL
