Rey and Luke talk about Han in a strangely brief moment, then cut out - it's also unfortunate it comes to Luke from Rey (i.e not from one of the OT heroes - even R2 or Chewy might have been better than Rey to reveal it to Luke,) who technically only met Han ten days earlier and really didn't know him that much.
The death of Han Solo is almost ignored in TLJ - mentioned briefly, then off we go again. Glossed over. It amounted to a pretty much pointless "surprise!" death in TFA (shock, emotion for fans, but not much for the storyline,) and TLJ treated it as a worthless emotional beat also.
Fans really wanted to see this event (which seemingly only just happened days earlier than the continuing timeline of TLJ) sink into the remaining OT heroes - maybe some kind of funeral, or at least Luke, Leia and Chewy together as Luke finds out. But... nothing really.
Rey is Chewy's new boss (and somehow now speaks Wookiee language) - and it's back to action with the Falcon roaring in to save the day, but with no emotional gut feeling like in ANH.
