Man did anyone try 'War on Spice' Heroic on Tatooine???

This quest drove us insane!!! super tight, crazy repop.... we tried for like 90 minutes and finally gave up.

which one was that one? i don't think i had a problem with any heroics on tatooine

It's one in a very cramped room. You must destroy 8 crates and the bonus is to kill 8 mobs plus the boss. Part of the last part of the Bonus Series.

When you enter there's a group of 3 gold + 1 silver on their left 1G and 1S but they both aggro each other. Right behind them there's 4G and 2S.
The boss (champion) is on a sort of mezzanine with 2G on the stairs.

If anyone if lifted in the air it aggroes the boss. if anyone moves an iota out of place it aggroes almost the whole room at once.

Drove me nuts. I had to go repair my gear twice and I finally gave up.

i think we were able to do it b/c we had a lot of crowd control. a sorc would whirlwind, i would concussion missile, our tank would have 2 mobs on him, and the other healer sorc would whirlwind any extra mob that was around.

Yeah I'm IA and we didn't have a Sorc so we only had 1 CC. Hell.

If i keep using artifice will i be able to craft better crystals? How does that work exactly?

I'm at level 320 at Artifice and you can keep buying the upgraded crystals schematics from the Artifice Crew Skill Vendor guy. Or you can find the schematics or buy them on the galactic market I suppose (but I haven't found/bought any). I'm almost at the point where I can start making stuff that I can actually use


SO, any of you guys get the screen flickering issue that's been going around ever since the new patch came out ????? It's horrible...it's like the background is flickering subliminally black every 2 or 3 seconds

i see the flickering once in a while, but not very often. possibly because where i'm questing is less populated.

I had that problem on Balmorra once before the patch. Since the patch though I've seen a lot more screen tearing which is annoying.

I've seen graphical issues since the update, for sure.

I would say I'm having graphical lag but nothing I'd blame on the network connection. There was definitely a performance hit with this newest update.

Ok. Both computers that play the game at my house have suffered performance issues and I wanted to make sure it wasn't just me.

I Lag like CRAZY in flashpoints since the patch. Makes bosses really REALLY hard since i'm the tank.

Sooooooo....with the new update we get graphic tearing and extreme lag....what a fantastic patch

I think the newest update added a new graphic setting option for anti-aliasing, which I noticed was default turned on to high, at least it was for me. Might wanna turn that off to speed things up if it's causing lag after the patch. Before this patch there was no option for anti-aliasing.

What all colors can you make your blade? Do you just go out and mine for crystals? Loot them off NPCs? Perhaps auction them...?

If you pick the ARTIFICE Crafting, you can make crystals. Some recipes can be bought from a vendor, but I'm sure the WHITE crystal is a drop somewhere.

You can probably put them up on auction, but I'm scared as to what the price would be for a White Crystal.

What are you guys doing for $ for your speeder? I am 21 and have 23k. have not bought anything.


I don't see how i'll have 40k in a few more lvls.
