+1I like the game!
Yeah, a lot of it is a rehash of Street Fighter IV with added characters and graphics but it is very entertaining and the formula works! Plus, the game is a lot more forgiving with combos, linking, etc. which makes it very gamer-friendly. I don't care much for the whole gem system but I like the "tag team" formula, especially when it's Ken & Ryu vs. THE WORLD!!!!!!
The character interaction is great, as is some of the comedy when you see two characters who are teamed up look at each other funny. The levels are great with a lot of action going on in the background as well as some cameos by hilarious Capcom and Namco characters (Mecha-Zangief?!? Yes! Mike Haggar!?!? Awesome!). I found myself distracted by some of the actions in the background.
Capcom did a terrific job rendering the Tekken characters true to SFIV form and style. It'll be interesting if Tekken X Street Fighter will be just as engaging and highly-rated as the ball is in their court.
+1
Bought the game last week.
It's good game or Capcom did pull it off well.
Combos are quiet fun and the tag team super moves are pretty cool.
The loading time just before the fight rounds take a tad longer.
Other then at, Capcom did well.
Anyone know when the release dates for the Download Characters / Availability?
Cool, thanks Wesker! If you install the game onto the hard drive, the load times should drop drastically. I'm not sure if they will against an online opponent who installed the game also, but I've noticed some of my online matches started just as quick as an offline match after installation.
Wish there was a demo, i'd wanna see first-hand how it plays differently from SSFIV
