Have you beaten the game with all hidden characters(not including Seth). Do you have akuma and have you beaten the game with him yet?

No, so I have to beat it with Dan, Rose, FeiLong, Cammy, Akuma and Gen
Just got this,looks great!! Brings back old memories of my days playing it when I was 12 in the arcade or up the local convenient store. 
My son loves it too!

No, You only need to beat it with Akuma I didn't beat it with any of thoes others after beating it with Akuma I beat it again with Ryu with 2 perfects 3 Ultra finishes no continues and I fought Gouken.
Other character unlocks are as follows
Cammy- Beat it with C. Viper
Fei Long- Beat it with Abel
Rose- Beat it with M. Bison
Gen- Beat it with Chun Li
Sakura- Beat it with Ryu
Dan- Beat the game with Ryu and Sakura
Seth- Beat the game with everyone
Starkiller
Super Freak
You can unlock every character by only using high kick.

Finally had a chance today to play SFIV. Right now I'm doing a system update so I can fight online. Never really played online but I will attemp to try. BTW who here has a PS3 and plays SFIV online? Sorry if it was already mentioned.
Tell us how you do this....high kick for every character?

I wish Capcom had implemented a better online lobby system. Whenever I try to pick a random player online and he happens to be unavailable or when a "party is full" it kicks me out to the match settings menu where I have to wait another 10-20 seconds for the game to search for available players.
I really wish there was a quarter-up function or at least a quick rematch button.

no kidding, i know i do. i think a joystick would really help though. the fightpad helps a little for me anyway.

Anyway, I can't wait for the next patch, which should be delivering tournament mode, replay saving, and better lobbies. Please make it fast, Capcom!

Well I think it turned out really good, I enjoyed what I've played of it so far. I see what you guys meant about the difficulty though, it can be pretty cheap. I keep it at 1 round in Arcade and it hasn't been too bad, but it can get frustrating sometimes.

No you cant. Perfects and ultras are needed the kick trick is a gimmick to unlock a few characters.

You need to have beated it with those characters in order to have gotten Akuma....so i'm right.
