This is my first time on PSN, sorry if I don't mix up my characters. Not really a gamer but I was a huge SF fan back then when it was in the arcades and I usually picked Shoto fighters and Guile because I had to pay coins back then never really had chance to practice other fighters. BTW, the way I'm practicing is just randomly fighting people online. Don't got the skills to unlock the other character except Sakura. Great fights tho:rock BTW if you notice I take a while to get back and confirm the fight, its just my son bothering me.:D

No problem. Kids come first so take your time before starting the fight. As far as you choosing Ryu and Guile, don't worry about it. Play with who you know and feel comfortable with.

I like choosing a variety of characters and trying out different stuff with them. Especially when I'm playing a series of friendly matches with someone. I'm really trying to get better with Sakura recently, so I'll probably pick her more frequently the next time we play. I'm sure you can also tell that I really like Dan, Zangief and Cammy among a few others as well.

I tried for some time trying to beat the game with Viper and Ryu and couldnt get past that last guy. He reminds me of the boss from DOA4 (cheap). I tried playing online but most people show up with low connections, and the matches I do get into I end up "lost connection to other player", so I dont know if its me or them.

I was playing in my room on the normal standard tv, but later on took it unto the living room to play on the 50+ HD tv and it looks way way better.

Tried again just now and beat seth with Chun-Li Ryu and Viper. Man these ending stories are kinda dumb, almost like you gotta watch the anime to get anything going on. Finally got my favorite female unlocked though (Cammy), now to go again. I just cant play online, I keep loosing connection with the opponent everytime.

edit: Woot add blanka to the list.

Im having so much damn fun with this game...even with the ^^^^ty PS3 controller. I cant wait for my joystick, it's going to kick so much ass.

I think most younger gamers are so accustomed to console controlers where older gamers like myself who grew up with SF1 with those huge pads that you pounded for stronger hits can appreciate the precision of a good stick :).

I just wish the PSN network lobby was easier to find people to fight. sometimes i have to wait a couple of minutes for someone to join my room.

GG Solid. Our connection is pretty damn good. how long have you been playing SF?

^^^^ man !! with out the fightstick i am complete ^^^^ !!

when i want the moves to come out they dont.

sucks.

this game frustraste me.

I know what you mean, especially with the Ultra and Specials. The double motion blows on Dpad. Still waiting for my HRAP3....

I am used to the arcade feel !!

The controler pad dosent react the way i want it to.

man !! i need the fight stick.

I found it quite funny after browsing the SRK forums, so many people are complaining that they need to get 'used to' their new sticks. I think many of them are younger and have never played a real arcade fighter before :lol. sad.

Stick is where it's at.

If you put in Street Fighter stick on amazon it brings up the one for the 25th anniversary. The Hori one is a fraction of the price and has 5 star reviews.

I've personally got an X-Arcade tankstick, just need to get the cables to link it to the PS3 (as it's primarily meant for PC's for playing mame) now, but that's a damn sweet bit of kit

My feelings on the game are mixed. I love the graphics, style, and characters. I'm not too fond of the confusing and short anime sequences I would have prefer in game models used. The last boss is impossible on any other setting except easiest. And online opponents are just too skilled. I am quite a SF newbie...This being only my second SF game. I was always more of a MK kid, and only played SF when I went over friends house. So I'm getting whooped by people that have been playing for 10 years now, when I didn't even know how to hadoken...It ruins the online IMO. Even when I search same skill I get pwned. I can't wait for Tekken 6.

The only time I'll play online is with a friend at least its fun then.

My PSN id is: kingjr23

Add me if u want an easy win.

:lol

I am getting into this game thou, me and my son are playing it alot. He loves it when we unlock new players. Only unlocked 1 so far...

I have to agree with you :D some people take it way to serious, its meant to be fun :huh, as long as I have all the players unlocked im good :).

I prefer having people round and havign a few beers than playing online anyway.

Have found the online to be pretty decent, a few too many Ken's admittedly. Just have problems with the ex moves draining a quarter of the bar when i want to pull off the super or the ultra.

Am loving the focus move though, great way to ^^^^ with fire ballers
