Perhaps. ;) As I recall it was mentioned in a Q&A though, and when I pointed it out back then I was deemed overly-optimistic... which seems to have been correct. :lol

Funny that I haven't yet outfitted raptors with cameras... Going to have to get on that! Thanks for the idea, my friend! :banana
 
Yeah, there was a recent raptor documentary on PBS where they did that. It's incredible to see them in a spiral dive, from their perspective.

I've seen it utilized in studies, but never done it myself for sinister purposes. Suppose there's a first time for everything. :D
 
I am currently extremely pissed off by the fact that our local retailer sent the Styracosaurus maquette (which I should have received) to someone else who have ordered it after I did.

Now I have to wait another 2~3 months to receive mine
(shipping time + the statue getting stuck at the customs again)....:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Crap man...that really sucks...did they offer you any kind recompense ? I think were it me I would ask for something in return for their screw up...a discount for starters.

Is their no way you can't order direct from Sideshow and have it delivered straight to your home ?

Well, they did offer me a rather large discount (nearly 30%) for my next order (but will only apply if I do make another order).

Unless if it's a small letter envelope or even though the package is big, if the contents are just document papers then it won't go through the customs. But other than that, EVERYTHING shipped overseas goes through the customs, so I really don't have any solution about it :(

Awesome pics. Pictures taken outside almost always seem to look better than pics taken inside, but the dinosauria pics outside just take it to a whole new level.

I don't know how hard you would to press them..but if it were me I would ask for 50% off..something you couldn't turn down.

It sounds like your customs office is the main problem..no clue how to fix that short of bribing people...heh heh ;)

Oh yes, those poor X-Plus Styracs found a useful position within the herd, after all. :lol I have the Albertosaurus myself, but I get the feeling I should have gone with the Styracosaurs. They look significantly.. better.

Would that I could take some pictures as well. Not with 8 inches of snow on the ground though. Oy.
 
My place had a slight frosting for a few hours, nothing more. I didn't think the snowfall would be all that heavy in... Isla Nublar.
