My first response was "If I didn't buy him in green, why would I buy him in black." Same kinda goes for the Babysitters. But this one would look cool with the RPD Leon from HT because he could pass for an agent in Hunks unit.

Well, 805 did have a partner...I think. I too want a "Hunk" like subject.

You know, if some of you held off, you may have been able to buy him with a GC later on.

I would be and I have one. 5 could use a tan security gurad variant too.

I was thinking white shirt, light skin, security hat and a "dead" security dog on leash. Bit much?

Sad thing is, this is the best looking one of the bunch. If they'd have added some patches or other gear to make it look really unique it could've been a great figure. A zombie dog woulda been awesome.

It's funny that you say that, I just made a Hunk Zombie* a few days ago.

I have to admit, all these variants are getting out of hand.
Variants only make sense when there's a change of some
sort, and when it's only the clothes that change, you're basically
stuck with the same guy...only on wash day.

If they'd change the head and slap on the same clothes, I think
all of our reactions would be better. Who wouldn't want another
SWAT member or School Girl? How many facial twins do our
Zombie ranks need?

Now, the only other valid reason for a variant is if the figure was
in high demand and sold out, so they'd release a second print,
so to speak, but if that were the reason, where's the 2 most
wanted Dead figures, Patient Zero and Security Guard?
Still Sold out and teases at a Stealth "2nd print" are all we get.

Oh well...

When is Sideshow going to smarten up and realize that the majority of collectors hate Color Variants? At least give the Tactical Zombie a new head sculpt.

I have the first version and I'm happy without a single Zombie variant in my collection, PASS.

I want them to stop with 900 variants and yes I bought it but I'm not outraged. I think thats a bit extreme for this. I want every figure in this line so it is what it is.

Sad but true... I flat out said in in Spook chat today... NOT going to buy any color variants. I don't care about being "complete", if I have a representation of each sculpt and basic figure...cool. Even if I don't...cool. Just not going to dump money into the same figure with a different color outfit... would be ludicrous to do so honestly...

Unless of course you did not buy the first, then I can understand.
