I tried to order Amber and Sweatpea yesterday using this deal but after 53$ in shipping chargers and 38$ in state tax the savings are totally gone

they are 1/4 scale statues, plus you being in CA you get charged taxes online all the time right? $53 bucks for 2 statues is fairly cheap shipping but yeah the $38 is annoying. use the promo code and it might balance you out

It does in Hollywood. Those figures are very low when put against the film production costs and the incredible amount of money that WB have spent on marketing. Tron Legacy is considered a bomb (No1 in US), and this is way below that films success, so far. SP may do better internationally but the US has been targeted as its main market. So we will see. Personally I hate to see "unique" movies doing poorly, Hollywood likes nothing better than safe sequel/prequel/remakes, this strengthens that view.

Ah gotcha, I thought you meant the fact it opened at num 2 it was a bomb. How much was the budget for this? Probably all special effects, I don't imagine them paying the actors anything...

how about posting that in the movie forum where it belongs...us in here enjoyed the film from what it seems with the latest posts. if you want to discuss how much the movie "bombed" this isn't the place to do it. let us enjoy the movie and talk about what we hope to see collectible wise without having this kind of stuff in this or the other HT Sucker Punch thread please and thank you

The movie was made for me; visually amazing, over the top action, strong, beautiful female heroes and covers of really great songs.

I can't wait for the Rocket figure. I like all of them but with other purchase I had to choose sides, Rocket was my favorite so she wins.
