Dude chill, the way you talk about Snyder proves that you are part of the toxic fanbase that you seem to do not like, like i said i did not mean to offend you in any way, but just move on, let the past in the past, lets talk about Gunn and the movie in here.

I literally dont give a damn about reviews or reviewbomb, i just watch and form my own opinions about what i consume.
How am I part of a toxic fanbase when I don’t like someone’s movies? What kinda sense does that make.
And what do you mean move on? Bro I’m responding to ducky. I can’t respond to his comment?
And you should care about the review bombs cause they make zach Snyder look bad. It’s funny how you take offense to me insulting the toxic fanbase but not the fanbase doing toxic crap like giving bad reviews to a movie they haven’t seen. It baffles me really.

I told you I have nothing against Snyder but what I really don’t like are his fans who seem to believe he’s a Christ like figure who shouldn’t be criticized.
I have moved on but I was responding to ducky who was to insulting Snyder. I find it absolutely mind boggling how you looked over his comments on him but went straight to mine .

It's where you don't actually watch something you already hate, but go to places like imdb and rotten tomatoes and give a "1" just to try to bring the rating down.

It's pretty juvenile. I can't imagine actually caring what "critics" or other people or "box office" tells you about a movie. I just either like stuff or I don't.

Wow. Yeah who gives a s***t what people think. Like what you like.

It’s very stupid. Idk why they think that’ll suddenly sway people to move away

Anyway. Loved the movie. 9/10. Better than the first and better than half of DC movies out.
I think it’s best when WB just does it’s own thing and doesn’t try to build on something. I like how this was a self contained movie and the teammates die.
Also loved starro. I want more of this energy from DC. Just make a good movie. Don’t try and set up anything

Who the hell cares. Why even give them the time of day?
Lol I don’t care smart one I’m just giving an example of a toxic fanbase to ducky and that Jack guy started crying to me. I was replying about how funny it is that people go through great lengths to sabotage a movie.
I don’t care that they do it. But it’s silly that a bunch of blind loyalist think giving bad reviews to multiple films will bring back some stupid universe. This isn’t the first film they did it to. So yea I point it out cause it’s dumb as hell

I don’t see where the movie was “review bombed” as it seems to have pretty decent fan and “critic” reviews alike. Remember, the always toxic Snyder fan base only consists of a “couple hundred” people anyway, so I’m not sure how giving a movie bad reviews on the internet would gain much traction. Fake news.

It is funny how movies can be more favorable in the lewd, gross and humor category over a full on serious movie. Feige knows that his films require humor in some fashion.

With superhero movies you generally have two options: pretentious rubbish or unpretentious rubbish.

For a superhero movie to present itself as 'serious' it has to be exceptionally good, like Batman Begins or The Dark Knight, otherwise it just ends up pretentious and boring, like (any version of) Justice League.

The alternative, of course, is not to take itself too seriously. In Black Widow, for example, Florence Pugh's Yelena, who steals the entire show, is a meta character highlighting the ridiculous cliché of the 'hero landing pose'.

In essence these are mostly just silly superhero movies that have very little relevance because the characters have had multiple incarnations, deaths and rebirths in the comic books.

Burton killed The Joker and Nolan killed Two-Face. It's inconsequential since these are just one of many representations (or misrepresentations) of the lives of comic book characters.

That's why it doesn't matter who lives or dies in TSS, since the characters are never truly dead.

TSS is as inconsequential as a Monty Python sketch, but it did what it set out to do. It's unpretentious rubbish, but much more watchable than most of the comic book movies that tried to take themselves too seriously.

Quick google search can help u out there my friend. And yea a couple hundred hardcore Snyder tards did it to kvg and this film. It’s not fake news. Read the damn reviews lol

TROS/TLJ > ZSJL > TSS

TROS/TLJ (watched more than once bought)
ZSJL (watched more than once bought)
TSS (was fun enough but no desire to rewatch)

By default TSS loses to the others.

It's OK to like both TSS and Snyder's JL by the way. :dunno

Silly Goose, you know...

Han/Luke/Leia/any OT characters really > Any Superhero especially 7th tier ones from TSS.

And I love Superheroes!

But I just love SW more!!

This coming from someone who already admitted that the ST/PT (and ROTJ lets not forget) dropped the ball in many departments but ultimately SW wins the day.

Has something to do with my childhood but doesn’t it always lol

OT > The Weasel.

No argument there.

But The Weasel > ST.

(The Weasel was so ridiculously funny, but he just reminded me of Spray, the Tynnan skip tracer from Brian Daley's Han Solo's Revenge).

Weasel was cool just wish he interacted more with the others.

TSS truly is a modern version of an 80’s Troma movie and for that I bow my head in appreciation but ultimately it ended up not motivating me enough to warrant a rewatch.

But OT and ST are inherently interwoven for me yes blasphemy for some and I respect their opinions but not for me.

I don’t hate Han/Luke/Leia in the ST like I do Anakin in the PT I acknowledge many do but I just don’t.
