Was having another look at the Sammy, something wasn't right in the casting, it seems waaaay to squished. The Dean is on though. Casting is fine

Yeah, the Sammy head is kinda bugging me a little and probably does look too thin. crap. Maybe after you paint it, it will look better!

I'm pretty much by myself at work today, other than the Big Guy and it's been unbelievibly business for a Friday so I haven't been able to stop in, but if you have the Season 1 Sammy head, I could come by at 4:00 and pick it up....but I don't know tho, it's a fairly long walk to where you are :^P

Hello, you guys made ADA alter that for the current one? Well I guess you all regret that, I know I do. This one was spot on, the hair (fringe) could use refining but otherwise it was fine.

None of what Ada did was great. Sammy was good but Dean not so much. WHen compared to the actual pics the second one matched better with Dean. What we recived and what she is selling now don't compare to this sculpt-the nose is super thin.

The Sam is spot on. The changes don't always reflect on her site or in person. Last I checked she was still showing her first Aliens' Bishop sculpt, not the one you get.

When I saw the Sam sculpt Ada created I was blown away by the accuracy, theres no argument there. Whereas the new or final dean lost a whole lot of the likeness by bringing in the side of his head / hair line, escepcially when compared to current episode of the show. Just saying I wish I could have got my hands one one of those before it was changed. I'm thinking of picking up one of Ada's and slightly reworking it to look similar, for my own personal use.

Ok, just a suggestion. Think Z would consider taking these on at some point as well. I love his work (as everyone well knows) & I'd like to see his take on the guys & then maybe Bobby

I'd like to see Bobby and the father first. I'd consider Sam and Dean after that as I have both of Ada's original sculpts and am only just finishing the figures now.

Would people get Z to sculpt the Colt as well ?

So here's what I'm going to do guys. I was going to have Howes do these guys but since I don't think that's happening I'm moving on. I think Howes would do great bros,he is a great artist. But the wait and uncertainty just isn't worth it. I'm going to PM Spenser about doing them and let you all know what he says. If that doesn't work out then I guess we'll find someone else like Z. I think Spenser has proven his worth as an artist with his great works he's been pumping out so I'm going to give him a go.

I still have the whole lot of ya's down as to who wants these but if anyone who hasn't spoken up yet wants one please pm me and let me know so I can add you when I'm ready to make the thread once I find a sculptor.

Would people get Z to sculpt the Colt as well ?

Got a really good looking one from Stevo's. I suggest you go there if you want a good colt.

Morbach, put me down again, just incase you don't have me....:^) Ada's heads are alright, but if someone can do a better job, I'm all in!!

I pretty much have everything I need to customize the Winchester Bros., the clothes alone kick some major a$$! Just have someone working on the Ada heads and I preordered the Truetype bodies, WHICH, I probably won't get until like Sept or Oct being that I'm in Canada. Might have to get some other bodies now just to tie me over until then.

I sent Stevo an email before to ask if he would customize a 1836 Colt Patterson for me but my email keeps being returned! Ugh! Don't know if it's because I'm in Canada?

Anywho, I can't wait until my boys are complete!

That sounds like an idea, I'm in for a new Dean sculpt as well as a Bobby. Also Morbach those Dean sculpts of Ada's you're looking to offload, what will you be asking for them? price wise.

I'm not interested enough in a John or Bobby to go for them, but I want Castiel. In fact, I already have the clothes for Sam, Dean and Castiel. I still need to get Dean redone or re-worked, though, since I'm not happy with Ada's sculpt - mine even seems deformed in the face, and then both he and Sam still have to be painted.

No no, girl. I want a John and Bobby but I'm going for a new Sam and Dean first. Once we get a great Dean and a Sammy with long hair then we'll worry about John and Bobby. We gotta get the bros down pat first then on to other characters. Ada's Sammy is fine but if we're redoing Dean then I want a longer haired Sammy. I think some people would want a Bobby or John before another Sam but I think that if we're doing a second wave of the bros then we should shoot for a new and better Sammy also.

I want Bela.

Sorry but I don't have any Dean sculpts other than one that's mine. Ada's site has them for sale though for $25 shipped if you want to go there.
