Crude looking website aside, they have one of the best customer service around. I sent them an email just today and I got a personalized email back in no time at all. I always have had great things to say about this place. A piece came in damaged once, and they sent me a new piece and let me keep the old broken one.

No questions asked or proof needed.

Probably helped that they looked into my account's history and realized this is the first complaint of a damaged item I had come in... lets just say I have ordered probably around 30+ items from them over the years.

I know you aren't. I just agreed on their webstore's weakness, but also mentioned its strength.

Same here, but I've had an HT Rambo for over 2 years now without issue, so I'm confident as long as I store the figures properly, should be fine.

Ok being totally honest, I felt the sting when I heard that the figure would be re-released, but I got over it pretty quick. In fact, I even bought the re-release, been enjoying it for a few days now.

Ok being totally honest, I felt the sting when I heard that the figure would be re-released, but I got over it pretty quick. In fact, I even bought the re-release, been enjoying it for a few days now.

I was half kidding bud.

Either way, that 60+ extra fee was to have him in hand a couple years before us.
