I am glad I have cut back ...
And the kicker? I no longer use credit cards. Been debt-free for over a year, so this is all cash out of my bank account.

Yep, that's how I do it as well. It helps me keep myself in check.

Nothing wrong with debt as long as you keep it under control.
I put all my preorders on a $1000 credit card and pay it off every couple months.

I think both Irish and Evilface have pretty good ideas when it comes to preorders. Personally I do it out of pocket so-to-speak, bank account, and it works pretty well. Taken me a bit to catch up on some Star Wars figures though, but a lot hit in the last couple of months. Anyway, I have dealt with BigBad for years and I think they are fantastic!!! You guys should have no problem getting your things in great shape. Now, if they'd only get the HT Supes/Clark figure in!!!

There is a section in your account, at BBTS, that allows you to turn on the 'Pile of Loot' function. Once on, all your orders will stock pile until you tell them to ship all items, saving you on shipping. To find out more go to their site and look at the FAQ's

Looks like it won't be shipping out until tomorrow (Tuesday) which is fine as it only takes 3 days for UPS Ground to deliver from BBTS to my house in Colorado. That means Tak Bats should be in the house on Friday! :chew
