UPS rescheduled Bats, now he's due Monday 3/3, but he's going to my office that day and unless a miracle happens, I have jury duty that day so it'll be 3/4 at best, oh well, he'll be worth the wait.

To get or not to get.....

The packaging is exactly the same. Only difference is that the front cover now has a Takara/Tomy logo. The first issue was Takara only.

It wasn't a "Dark Knight" figure. It's technically a "Batman Begins" figure... even this re-issue has "Batman Begins" packaging. Some assumed they would repackage it as a "Dark Knight" figure because the new movie is so close, but for whatever reason they didn't. Regardless, the figure itself would have been the same anyway (unless they make one of that hideous other Batsuit he wears in TDK).

no.. its a batman begins figure.. some ebay sellers state it as a dark knight release but theyre wrong... officially its a re issue of a batman begins figure.. i guess they decided to reissue it seeing as the batman begins costume is also used in the dark knight movie.

They actually changed the suit drastically for "The Dark Knight". We'll definetely see a new Dark Knight Batman 12" figure. I'm personally hoping for Joker and Two-Face. :chew

Yeah, there are at least two Batsuits in "The Dark Knight", because he apparently wears the same "Batman Begins" suit for a sizeable portion of the new movie as well. And that's a good thing, imho, because the new suit is .
