Terminator 2: T-800 PF

I'm going to try adding stuffing to square off the shoulders, I think that's the big factor in his body mass appearance.

If you look at the real photo and the PF's neck, the PF looks great, right size, shape and all, yet somehow where it meets the shoulders is off, so where the jacket collar falls relative to the neck and the shoulder size looks a bit off. It's almost like the body was made by someone while the head another person and then slapped together and it's a slight mismatch.

I'm not debating that he is a bit thin, but I don't believe that SS gave us false pics. I agree with Maul...a little bit of futzing and this will look great. Sorry to those that are passing.

Yeah i don't understand why they would still produce it and not push the release date back. ANybody and their grandmaw can tell you that it doesnt looks like T2 Arnie after comparing the pics.

Depends on the level of work.

In this case, looks like a little tissue stuffing will fix things, so basically 95% of the work is done, nothing wrong with that for me.

I think this statue looks alright as is and will look even better with a few tweaks. So far Medicom Darth Maul's been the only collectible I've bought where out of the box as is I can't stand it and almost wish I hadn't gotten it.

I also like minor futzes that can distinguish a piece as mine, clothes how I like them, etc. which makes me glad the grenades can be done to your liking.

I don't blame folks for cancelling, in the current economy and all, the demand for out of the factory quality is increasing to stick purchases out. If I weren't such a T2 nut, a Trev sculpting fan and just really into having this statue, I'd probably be with others, but unless I don't have the funds when he ships, I'd rather get him up front than risk hunting later. It blows my mind that I could sell my T-800 LSB for more than twice what I paid to get it nowadays, and I didn't think it was ever that popular.

You know I was looking at the QTVR for comparisons and the image looks distorted.Kinda like I'm seeing Arnold through a fun house mirror. It's weird cause he's stocky like he's suppose to be but then he's also too short. I hope this wasn't one if SS's genius marketing ploys?

That's a terrible image for comparison. I don't know why, but in all the desert shots, Arnie looked bulkier than other points in the film.

If you look at this shot, I think it's quite clear this point in filming is where SSC based their body shape on, and looking at the PF compared to it, the shoulders are the only really off element I can spot, if they were broader or whatever, I think the PF would pretty much be a dead match for this.

Not a ploy. I would hope most folks could realize looking at the QTVR that the entire image looks distored, ya the proportions look better but the small details look like ass and incorrect.

No, what I'm saying is this particular QTVR looks distorted. Now I've seen a lot QTVR's in my day and this is the only one that looked like that.
