Just for kicks, I did to the real Arnold what I think is going on with the PF, neck meeting the shoulders higher than it should.
Looks to have the same effect to me, the body's the same, but the change in the shoulder area takes the same body mass and takes it from bulky to slender, weird how anatomy does stuff like that.
I agree Maul. Also, take into account that his shoulders are "in" because he is loading the launcher. That would cause the shoulders to droop a bit. I will still add a little stuffing though.

What are u using to add bulk whenever u get this guy...? I think I'll do the same.
Yeah, they won't be squared off, but I still perceive the shoulders indicated by the factory don't match up right with the neck, so a little padding to compensate and I think he'll be set. Hopefully you can get under the shirt and/or jacket to do that. Maul's my only PF so far and his shirt's glue to his body so you can't do anything with that one.

I just don't see SS making one better than this for some time to come either...
Forget better, I just don't see them making another, especially if sales don't go so well. If we don't see another PF by Comic Con, I have a feeling this will be a lone piece.
I would think if T-1000 or any other PF is in the works, debuting it at the height of T4 hype would be the best time.

Well me and JC are gonna keep our order. Yeah he's a little too skinny, especially in the arms, but the likeness is just too good to pass up. I have a feeling also that this has the potential to shoot up in price in the future. Stuffing a little cotton in his jacket sounds like a good idea too, we might try that ourselves.

Regardless of how Arnie looks in the movie, when I saw the photos Darth posted I felt his shoulders where to low and he looked skinny. It looked like the initial photos that SS posted. However, with the later photos in the Sideshow website, I thought they bulked him up a little, either by resculpting the body or moving the clothing up a bit. He looked better. I'm keeping my order until I see it in person and make an assessment of how it really looks. If i can fix it by adding some stuff to his shoulder and/or pulling his jacket up, I will do that. It is a great statue and the likeness is amazing. It is the best T-800 statue out there so I'll try to keep him
If it is not great and doesn't matter what I do it still looks off and skinny, then I send it back and spend the money on another PF. Sideshow has plenty of things I want so I don't think I will run out of options any time soon.
We've been through this problem before and usually it turns out okay.....Remember Aragorn and now Leonidas? I lot of complaints before in hand pics and now most people are happy and rushing to get on the wait lists.
