Ok, this sculpt was done by Alex Lopez here on the threads(haven't seen much activity lately) and painted by SilentSurfer. I feel Alex did a very good job with the sculpt with the reference pics I gave him, which was not much. And SS really did a number with the paint job that really brought this to life for me. Anyways enough chat here are the pics, I know the outfit is not accurate yet, I just threw this together. Enjoy...

I will try to take some more higher quality pics as soon as I can to do both, the sculpt and paint work justice

Wow that looks cool - the Hot Toys head looks great with the battle damage!

If HT don't make this...well they're insane and I don't think I could forgive them even despite the great figures they have made - but if they don't then you've got something really precious here.

edit - just noticed that with the undamaged knee thats actually the makings of the SWAT shootout T-800 which I'm planning on putting together if....no- when, I'm saying when Hot Toys make the BD T-800. I've got HT SWAT guys ready and waiting for it.
