Can someone tell me whats the point of keeping Arnie because he looks like the original T-800 albeit older, yet cast a Kyle Reese who looks nothing like Michael Biehn?

I guess they figured that since Arnold played against two different young John Connors he might as well do the same for Reese.

I haven't really been following news about this, but aside from the old-man T-800, Emilia Clarke was a weird casting choice for Sarah Connor.

I guess they figured that since Arnold played against two different young John Connors he might as well do the same for Reese.

But Furlong and Stahl were never meant to co-exist at the roughly the same time, at least Emilia Clarke has some vague resemblance to Hamilton. Its not even a massive stretch to see Jason Clarke is an older, grizzlier Stahl. But Courtney and Biehn??? Its not like he's even a great actor who'll draw people to the film.

Its just one of those things. I thought that Elizabeth Shue looked nothing like Marty's original girlfriend but that's just Hollywood sometimes. Sometimes due to time, death, a sick grandmother, etc., you just get the same character in two movies that look and sound radically different. Dumbledore is another one.

Just CGI him like salvation looked the same to me acting was better too.
