Screamin' - glad you fixed it!

Sean - AWESOME PICTURE! Makes a good desktop wallpaper. And like you, I'm also glad I waited for this second wave version of the Endo. I like the new 'T2' box better and the 'less chromey' look.

Less is more WG! :D

I like it better too. Was wondering how a BD would look with a few shiny new Regs but now I'm convinced these "less chromey" second wavers will look great with it.

I remember asking you about the BD version when I started to panic that maybe I should have gotten that one instead of the Wave 1 clean version... but again, HT has come through and solved my dilemma for me.

Thanks man, I haven't done the sizes yet, but it will become a wallpaper.

Paul, do you find the joints to be a bit loose on the fingers? They don't want to hold the larger gun in just one hand too tightly on mine with ease.

As for the shot you mentioned, that'll be good, but unlike Dave who really has an army of Endos, I'll have to photoshop it :)

And I'm sure you can figure from the hand comment, I'm posing images ;)

Finger joints, yes, somewhat loose. I've seen shots from others with fingers wrapped around parts of the weaponry to hold it better. Check out edwints pics and FACEBOX's who posted a minigun shot on the Crawford review thread...

I know I'm not Paul, but I have heard a lot of people talk about the "loose grip" issue. It's mainly because of all the articulation in the fingers. It will hold, but it takes some futzing of the individual fingers.

But hey -- this is also the first figure that can really flip someone off accurately. :)

I also have to say, it's amazing that HT keeps on improving on its seemingly unimprovable items -- first a free Ripley with the PL, then the added cage lights, now a more metal-like Endo. I think even SS is taking a cue from this level of commitment -- they made the improvements to Bespin Luke's clothing.

It's a damn good thing for all of us.

Speaking of the first figure to flip off realistically, here's 2007's coolest figures meeting head to head.

K its painfully obvious that you have a kick ass camera, but, what else do you do to capture such fantastic pics!

.............oh yea AMAZING pics bro!

Freaking awesome pics Maulfan, this one is my favourite. The Endo looks very menacing and the light up eyes is a great addition. The finish on this figure looks nicer than I have seen on previous figures. The black lining adds alot to it though the silver should still be more chrome-like. The BD Endo looks great with this finish though Id imagine.

Thanks, I based this shot off the opening of T2, when they pan up from the foot of the endo crushing the skull to the upper body with the future war going in the background, this was the type of angle and pose that was there.

Thanks, I really don't know how to articulate what I do, a lot of it's experimentation. I probably took twice as many pictures as I posted because sometimes, I don't know how the overall will look until after the fact, and then I review them before posting here. I'm an aspiring pro photographer, so I put a lot of time and study into getting good at things, and the same principals for full sized people and objects work on collectibles.

Ahh yeah I see it now, sub-concsously I bet thats why the photo appealed to me so much lol That opening shot of the Endo from the future war sequence is one of my favourites in any film period!

Yup, I'll probably photoshop it together soon, but I was very anxious just to shoot the endo and get some pictures posted. Cameron's a talented film maker, he's good at using angles and lighting to achieve some beautiful shots.

Great pics Maulfan!
Here's two of mine, not nearly as good as the ones above but I do the best with what I have:

That's the battle damaged Aoshima on the left. Yep the shoulder hose on my Aoshima broke off, I'll have to figure out how to repair it.
Between the two, I like Hot Toys' Endo the most. The Aoshima has a slightly greater range of articulation, but the HT Endo has more articulation and is more accurate to the film Endo. Overall, The Hot Toys Endoskeleton is better quality and a better value.
