I don't regret cancelling this in the least
I am seriously leaning towards canceling and about to fall over to that side.I got a similar email, I find it very, very strange that they talked about making sure shields weren't loose or unattached, when the actual issue wasn't loose shields, it was shields being BROKEN from being ATTACHED.
I honestly thought they were going to make the shield removable when they went back to the factories...that would have been the smart thing to do. Sounds like they just did the exact same thing as before and inspected each one off of the boats.
The issue still lies in that if the shield is attached, and UPS decides to act like UPS, there will still be broken shields.
Yeah, so I've got that going for me.....which is nice.
Gunga galunga.
It's definitely good, but all the bad that's occurred has added much bitterness that could have been easily prevented. It's a downer.Anyone who actually owns this, knows how good this Dio really is!
So much fail in a sentence...
hey jinxx, did you get a spidey comiquette yet?
I'm guessing busted Cap shields. That was the majority of the issues with these, and was why I had to send mine back.3 replacements? What were the issues with the 1st & 2nd?
Sometimes it's just no pleasing some collectors.
Damn, you're one picky collector, brother! I mean, it's not like you had to send it back 10 times, or anything. Sheesh. Kidding!Just no pleasing some customers?
This is my THIRD replacement. First one had flickering lights and a broken shield, second had bad paint and a broken shield, third one took FOUR MONTHS for another replacement. Add in 2 half hour trips to the ups store to send them back and I think I have every right to be frustrated, so your quip was not needed.
I totally agree. That whole ripped out styrofoam is a friggin' sham. I can't believe someone actually came up with that master plan.I know, right? I should have held off on the complaining until I got my 16th replacement that was ran over by a Mack Truck.
Just being honest, brother.I can always count on Barb to have my back
