It is going to take them a while to figure out the best course of action for them and for us.

Lets hope that the delay is answering us is because they want to do right by us.

They will do right for everyone. They always do. In a way I think this needed to happen. I really feel like their QC has been awful this last year and I couldnt understand how from a business perspective they could keep allowing issue after issue. Somewhere something is broken and they need to fix not just the statue but the process they get them to us. I have a feeling they are arriving broken from Asia.

Sorry to hear about the Shield. I really like your pic. They look good together and the scale is not really an issue because its easy to think that Thanos and Death could be larger than other characters.

Very nice pic Marts! I have all of these pieces except for Marvel. They look great together. Just need to add Warlock. He would fit in perfectly with that group.

I just had the free time to open mine (it arrived on the 9th) right now.

Was looking forward to this all day, but was a little pessimistic since I heard horror stories if your carrier was UPS.

Took out the box and was glad to see the low #/600:

As soon as I opened the styrofoam and looked at the bottom...

Will be calling SS Customer Service Monday to see how I can get the base replaced. Hopefully I just have to send the base back. Just wondering, if I send the base, I will get the same #45/600 on the base?

Other than that, this is a great statue to own!

I thought the lights would be brighter. Am I wrong? Should the lights be brighter? Maybe something to complain to Sideshow as well if so.

Well to see the Guantlet lit better u need to completely turn off those lights in the room.
