Has everyone that requested a replacement at least heard back from Sideshow yet?
I initially put in my request for replacement on December 6th or 7th and I haven't heard a peep from Sideshow other than the customary "Your return/replacement request has been received" e-mail. If I don't hear something by Friday, that will be a full 31 days since my initial request. I understand they are probably inundated with these requests right now, but my patience is beginning to wear thin. This hasn't exactly been an ideal first purchase with Sideshow Collectibles.
