Has everyone that requested a replacement at least heard back from Sideshow yet?

I initially put in my request for replacement on December 6th or 7th and I haven't heard a peep from Sideshow other than the customary "Your return/replacement request has been received" e-mail. If I don't hear something by Friday, that will be a full 31 days since my initial request. I understand they are probably inundated with these requests right now, but my patience is beginning to wear thin. This hasn't exactly been an ideal first purchase with Sideshow Collectibles.
 
Finally got word that they received my returned shipment which was sent on the 21st. They said my replacement would be shipping shortly. No clue if shortly means days or weeks, but at least it's an update :)
 
Yeesh... I'm dealing with the dreadful return process for my Black Panther now and it's turning into a nightmare experience... Is SS supposed to send you something that looks way worse than your original damaged piece? That seems to be the sense I'm getting here.
 
Can anyone please lemme know how to initiate the complaint process for a statue damaged in transit? :dunno

Do you just send SS an email telling them your piece has a problem alongside pics of the damage?

Send an e-mail and wait until someone gets back to you.
Or call. Someone should send you an e-mail requesting pics soonafter. Then you wait...

Apparently, they're really backed up right now due to a vast number of pieces shipping damaged...

Hey, risingstar! You're from Canada, right? One question. If I request for an exchange or a refund, am I responsible for the return or will they(SS) provide a shipping return label?
 
Their was no difference in the packaging between the original piece that I received and my replacement.

true !! it's the same !! and the shield is break like how it is !! wtf ? are they doing 2nd time replacement ?
