So I got my return label about 3 days before Christmas and sent it back right away. I know it has gotten there by now but with all the Thanos issues, am I just going to be wasting my time trying to call them or email to follow-up? This new lady there is absurd when it comes to answering emails. I haven't even been emailed to even let me know they got it or any other updates. Is another contact attempt a complete waste?

I finally saw one of these in person yesterday. Very impressive piece, it definitely has some serious presence.

They never send an e-mail saying the defective return was received.

If you are getting a replacement you will get a new shipping notice e-mail when your replacement ships. If you are getting a refund, they will send you an e-mail when everything is processed and your order is canceled.

Have some patience and let their system work.
 
I think these replacements might work a little differently from the past. First off, they wanted my edition number (picture as proof) and ONLY Thanos and the base back. Nothing else. So I don't think the replacement is going to be as quick and easy as a whole new Thanos and base otherwise the edition number would change. I'm guessing that what they are going to do is reshoot new base and/or Thanos and print them with the edition number we supplied to them. If this is the case, then we are in for a longer wait than usual. Sucks but not much else we can do at this point. :dunno
 
They signed for my return on Dec 28th and I haven't heard a peep out of them. I'm calling tomorrow if I don't hear anything today.

I got an email that they will send me an e-mail with detailed return information along with pre-paid shipping labels on 12/27/10. anybody know how long they are going to send an email?. This is my first time returning the statue so im kind of worried.
 
So does anyone have anyone on the inside track with SS that can speak for the actual chaos this Thanos piece has caused? I've seen small hiccups in companies cause major internal backlash, I'm just curious how they perceive this incident?
