Yep. "Non-canon" can still be entertaining in its own right.

I am with Khev on wanting to see what they do in this movie. It doesn't have to be in canon for anybody if they choose not to let it be. I love the first 2 Terminator movies and can find some aspects of the others to be enjoyable. I don't watch them often but the first 2 I watch at least once a year.

I'm not really concerned about canon either. I want a really good Terminator movie. T1 is my all time favorite movie. T2 is at least in top 5. I always thought anything Terminator had to fall right in line and had to have Arnold as the main character. Then along came TSCC. Loved that show. Whereas we may never get that T3 that we've always wanted, I'm not going to give up hoping I can at least like this movie.

Listen don?t count this movie out yet because tracking has been pretty positive believe it or not and there?s still a wild chance it opens north of 70 million we just might get another movie lol

I'm not paying to see this movie. I will not help this franchise financially. You guys are part of the problem.

What is the problem? I seriously don't know....

I had a choice between this and Zombieland, and I chose this because I figured it would be a more enjoyable use of the time I had since I am coming blind (no reviews, limited trailers). I was un-aware there was a problem with the latest Terminator film.

Like I said previously, I did enjoy the film. So I don't understand what's going on.

So the middle is no good but the climax looks satisfactory.

I just got back from seeing this. I liked it more than the last one. I would put it at number 4. behind Terminator 1, T2, Terminator Salvation and Terminator 3.

Like I mentioned before the problem Hollywood has is the after about 20+ years the now old farts who liked the original movie of any franchise now with rose tinted nostalgic glasses in tow become loud and belligerently attack all new versions of the franchise. They basically will attack the new regardless of quality. You see it with Star Wars and will see it whenever they relaunch the Matrix. The same people who support the beginning of great franchises now become the pathetic toxic old people spewing garbage whenever a new movie of the franchise of launched.

Knowing what I know I prefer to see what I want to see and ignore the people who expose their agenda by attacking any new Terminator, Star Wars etc. movies as soon at the first print ad show up. They don't even with for the first trailer before launching their attack.

Same ranking for me, although I can't honestly choose between your top 3. On some days I think T1 with it's slasher-horror, tech noir atmosphere is the best. Sometimes I think T2 with it's epic scale and incredibly satisfying action is the epitome of the franchise, or sometimes I think TSCC and it's deeper existential questioning of the lore is quintessential Terminator. I keep switching between the 3 and I guess that's a good problem to have.

Why does Linda Hamilton look so aged? She is only 63. The lines on her face are what you would see on a 100 year old black woman. She must have lived a hard life...

HT has released a lot of figures lately but its been a while since I have seen something new that I am interested in. My wallet thanks them.
