Stopping the dead line in 1/6 made no sense. The reused items and clothes released in other figures, all they needed was a new head, hands maybe arms and they all sold (until the attack of the variants)

Guaranteed money makers, affordable and small enough to display.

The 1/6 was a very cool line, and each was neat, minus the endless variants. Didn't see the need for that. Maybe one here and there, but they beat it to death. And I can still see them making another babysitter, in PF form!

I had most of them at one point, but jettisoned them when the line kind of fizzled out. Might have stayed on if I was given the IV drip of one or two a year. Kept on the buck, they were an affordable fun collection.

All I need is PZ and my Dead are complete.

No Babysitter. No Tactical Containment Unit soldier. No Punk (which I may reconsider, but probably not).

Variants; I guess they're what happens when a company wants to still make money but don't want to invest anymore money to do it. :dunno

Anyone who has a black suited Spooktacular 805 tactical zombie to sell, preferably MIB, please PM me. :wave

To tag along on the previous post, I am looking for The Harbinger Subject: 2221 figure. Please PM me also! MIB not important!:wave

I remember the hullaballoo about the Blonde Babysitter before SSC decided to import it. I had to get mine from France and ordered 2 just in case for trade bait. The 2nd is sitll just sitting sealed in a box. :lol

:lecture:rotfl:lecture:rotfl:lecture I picked mine up from that Belgian store when she was first discovered. :lol

It would be great if Sideshow, Triad, etc. made more 1/6 scale zombies available. I have most of what has been released so far.

Please be kind; this is my first youtube video of my custom Fido figure:

I am always on the hunt for more to add to my collection. I've made a few customs but I am never 100% happy with the final results. I need to add more blood splatter and tear up the clothes on some of these.

My two personal favorite 1:6 zombies are Patient Zero and the Street Prophet. Damn I wish Sideshow would raise the zombies back from The Dead once again. I remember around this time of the year they always had an announcement of a cool new zombie in the works. Even though I'm a big PF collector for other lines, I much prefer the zombies in 1:6 all the way.

Street Prophet is my favorite, closely followed by the Butcher.

If I ever score PZ, I'll be able to judge where he ranks. I miss the Buck esthetic for The Dead figures, and I bet he's a lot of fun in that regard.

Yeah man the Street Prophet is bad ass. To me he is the epitome of what a zombie looks like (at least in my humble opinion only). I even bought him a shopping cart and filled it with some garbage. :rotfl
Everyone who stops by the house absolutely digs it.

Awesome. :rock

barryo actually made some custom chopping blocks for the Butcher. I don't know who has them, but they're supremely worthy accessories. You should check out Anzik's dioramas too.

I've decided to abandon the line... I've enjoyed them, but I'm running out of room and the zombies are getting the axe.

Personally my favorite was always the Security Guard (Subject 5) I had three at one time. Ended up selling one to a fellow Freak (cost) and still have one at work and one at home. It's the only one I'd want in PF still.

I still want a Stealth Patient Zero though. :lol

Given the light-up feature, you're looking at a cool $174.99. :lol

So anyone notice that there is a section for "The Dead" on Sideshow's website, but no subcategory for 1/6 figures. They have 1:1, Vinyl and PFs, but nothing for the line that started it all?

The only way to view previous releases in 1/6 is to scroll through the releases at the top of the page. Doesn't bode well for any future 1/6 releases.
