need two movies for venom .

It's much too soon for more Venom. More time needs to pass for expectation and appreciation to grow. I would bet that the previous crappy version of Venom put a lot of people off from the character and that the majority are happy to not see him again for quite a while.
But this does bring me to a good point about the new film, when compared to the previous trilogy
Green Goblin = Dead
Dr. Octopus = Dead
New Goblin = Dead
Venom/Eddie Brock = Dead
But....
Lizard/Curt Connors = Alive!!
Why kill of such great villains? It just seemed silly and one of the biggest problems I had with the Raimi Trilogy. But here, Lizard is still alive and kicking (and biting, scratching and snarling) so that is a welcome relief.
Though, like Venom, I think that they have been done and should be left for a while. There's still Electro, Vulture, Mysterio (and if anyone mentions 619 there will be blood!), Kraven and so on.
you asked why kill great villains? cause sam raimi is a hack .and please no venom .

They need an entire film to address the symbiote with Spider-Man and to build up the Eddie Brock character. THEN do Venom. Otherwise, it'll suck just as bad, if not worse, than SM3.

Then stop saying he has to happen soon. Venom needs a build-up which is the exact opposite of what you keep saying.

finally saw it this afternoon.
I liked it and I didn't even think Spiderman had to be re-booted. interested in what a sequel will bring.

I just saved up enough money to see TAS-M after spending my original TAS-M money one third viewing of the Avengers.
And now that I have the money saved up again...Paranormal Activity 4 has come up!
TAS-M will have to wait a little while longer. But I am really excited.
