Awesome news, everyone!

I just saved up enough money to see TAS-M after spending my original TAS-M money one third viewing of the Avengers.

And now that I have the money saved up again...Paranormal Activity 4 has come up!

TAS-M will have to wait a little while longer. But I am really excited.

You saved up 10 dollars? How much is movies where your from ?

i couldnt agree with you more....in no way was this better than the Raimi spiderman...there was a few parts that i liked, but overall this was a dud.

:exactly:There just wasn't anything original or unique about it like they had advertised.:lecture

1. You mean like Lizard? And Gwen Stacy? And Webshooters? And His motivation? And Scientist Pete? And Captain Stacy? :dunno

2. 'The untold story' has been set up to be continued in the sequels, marketing it as being told was wrong of them, but it's been set up to continue.

EDIT: I get it now you saw "The Dark Knight Reuses" after all Joker, Catwoman and Bane were all completely original on film :slap

Lizard was pretty much a nicer version of The Green Goblin. Except with a lamer plan.

Webshooters don't matter. And his only motivation was revenge.

Nah lizard wasn't like green goblin but I'll give you this tho. When the lizard talks to himself in his head reminded me of green goblin. I'm just happy the sequel won't have the origin in it do we can see spidey straight threw.

He was exactly like the Green Goblin.

He had the same issue with Oscorp, and injected himself with green super substance to avoid getting fired. (Or other things)

The origin was required not for fans but to establish this as a new canon from Raimi's attempts, it was a better origin film so that was great, but yeah i too am looking forward to the sequels, hope we get some more new never before used villains.

Which could've just as easily been covered in a credit sequence. And no, it's a lamer origin, setting up Peter as a hipster *********.

and it sucked...there wasnt a single moment that put a smile on my face like the Raimi version, or Avengers, or TDKR.

i see you like this film and that's cool, you are entitled to you opinion and me typing a few words will not sway that, but ill try anyway ;) ...all in all the movie lacked emotion, passion, believability to some extent...i mean i know im going to a movie to watch some kid climb up wall, spin web, and beat up bad guys, but i liked the way PP became Spideman in Raimi's better.

i also felt that the wise @ss-ness of PP was a was overdone...especially after being schooled by the vomit inducing speech Martin Sheen gave about humiliating Flash. i did not mind Andrew Garfield so much, he was ok, but the script lacked heart imo.

again i know this isnt going to change your op, but i wanted to express some of my op's here.
