So I have to ask those who have the new iPhone - case or no case?

I've NEVER used cases with any of my apple products; however, I cannot help but feel that with this ultra thin, ultra light phone that I am going to drop this model. I never had a fear of dropping my iPhone's in the past, but this time around, something feels different. It's as though this is an ultra fragile model based on the design.

Anyone using cases on their new iPhone?

I have gone for this. The black leather case. It's really classy :duff

The phone is uncomfortably thin, and with its curved contours, I felt like I was going to drop it at any point without a case. I don't have that problem now. Of course it's your decision but I can see it ending in tears if you don't case up. I just need Belkin to get their arse into gear and release the TrueClear Invisiglass screen protector for the i6.

Thanks for the recommendation. I've got a Tech21 case that is just "OK". May have to go the leather route as this collects lint from my pockets

As far as the glass screen protectors go, Spelig makes a nice one. Only thing bad about them, which is no fault of theirs, is the curved bezel of the iPhone makes it not protect the whole screen. Not sure you will find one that will due to the phone's design.

The leather case is not cheap, granted, but you will know where them extra bucks went.

As for the screen protector, I trust Belkin to nail it like they did for the i5.

Apple cases are nice, but about 90% overpriced.

I love my wallet-case by spigen. It's also made out of leather, and it's only $14.99.

The plus is just too big as a phone imo. It was a no brainer for me as to which one I went for. I hope Apple don't keep increasing the size of the phone from here on in. I think the 6 is as big as a phone needs to be.

Anybody else is sick of AT&T's throttling?

My iPhone is literally a brick. .5 down speeds once I hit 5GB each damn month.

"Unlimited".

Of course at&t says that it is indeed unlimited, and that's what they advertised when the iphone first came out (I've been with them for 9 years, every newly released iphone- vanilla or "S") but it's getting ridiculous. They say Unlimited customers (the "top" 5%) are the only ones getting throttled. .5 is as good as nothing really.

The FTC is actually suing att right now, as they say it's "false advertisement" and that customers get throttled to the point that the phone is literally unusable.

I'm in the same boat fran. I was so happy to hear that the FTC has them in their sights. The throttle speeds are absolutely ridiculous and are clearly aimed at pushing unlimited customers to switch to tiered plans.

I was happy to read about that a while back. Throttling is limiting - the very opposite of unlimited. We obviously know that even at maximum speed there's always a limit to "unlimited" (multiply bandwidth by the number of seconds in a month and that's your max) but people expect that they will at the very least maintain advertised bandwidth without any overage charges. This is what's being advertised.

Exactly. Hell, throttle me at 2.0mb's at LEAST.

0.5? Please. Can't freaking load pictures on tapatalk with that!

Royce, I hope the FTC gets them.

The only other two alternatives for "real" unlimited data are Sprint and T-mobile, and while I realize that signal strength varies from state to state, those two suck over here. Just SUCK.

Anyone here getting an Apple Watch?

I'm actually excited about it now, I wasn't when it was announced though,
